Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No freezer. Pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was limited.
We felt safe and everything was clean ! Indoor pool too!

Too less of a selection for breakfast. Heat didn’t work in living area. Had to stay in bedroom throughout my hotel stay to be warm.
Breakfast was really good for the kids. Wasn’t enough to offer for me adult.

We had a king room but was placed in an accessible room with no bathtub or regular shower. Didn't want to have wet floor to use toilet or brush teeth :( Ask about switching to queen bed instead of king and was told it would be upcharge. This is the kind of thing that will keep me from rebooking next time :(

The rooms weren't as clean as I would like them but was ok. There was a rude lady standing in front of waffle maker making waffle after waffle. She had a stack of 8 waffles that she took back to her room then came back for more stuff. We waited around 20 mins to get to use waffle maker.. only thing the manager could say was she has done this several days in a row but I can't stop her. Would have been nice if he could have reminded her that there were others there that would like to participate breakfast too.
The rooms were spacious enough for us. The breakfast was good. The pool was open and kids had a good time .

Hair dry on the wall in washroom was burn and not working. It is dangerous

The indoor pool was too cold!
Breakfast was a very good hot breakfast with waffles and scrambled eggs! The room was large and very clean. Hotel is close enough to Cincy and close to the Interstate. It also has plenty of places to eat within a short distance.

We've stayed here twice now for concerts in Cincinnati at the Andrew J Brady music center. It's a quick drive to Cincinnati but is in a calmer area. The staff has been excellent both times and the breakfast is good. The rooms are large and very clean.

I arrived late and had a few issues...the king mattress was broke down on the side I was trying to sleep on so that was uncomfortable...it was really late so I just rolled over to the other side until morning to address. The bathroom sink and shower drain were both barely draining........HOWEVER, Before leaving the next morning I stopped at the front desk and let the kind lady know about the issues and what time I would be back that day. I was kindly called to be made aware everything was taken care of and when I returned everything would be great! I got back later that day and just as the lady said everything was fixed and comfy for that night!

Breakfast was not that great. Waffles did not get cooked thoroughly and batter not right. Sausage gravy was good BUT biscuits were hard as rocks!

There was no road sign for the hotel at the street - it didn't show up on our gps and it took us a few wrong turns to find it. We actually had to stop at another hotel near by to ask how to get to it.
Breakfast was fine - location was a bit off the beaten path
