The entry light switch for the room was broken. Overall, the room felt dark after sundown, even with all the lights on. In general, the beds were soft and comfortable. They were high enough to be a climb to get into, (we are average height 5'4" and 6") and the edges were soft enough to roll you out onto the floor if you got too close to the edge.

Your facility and our room were clean, nice and comfortable. The pool was nice. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. It was so nice to have washer/drier facilities available. We have been on the road long enough it was a perfect time to freshen up some things. There were several restaurants nearby, but we recommend you try El Potro just behind the hotel. It is a family run Mexican style place and we found the food to be quite good.

They're wasn't any coffee when I awoke. They did work to get it, but it wasn't available by the time I left breakfast. Several of the appliances for breakfast were also broken. Getting hot water for the shower took at least 5 minutes. Had already essentially given up and started to take a sponge bath.

The only real thing I can complain about is that the shower doesn’t have the traction stickers in it very slippery.

- ***ONLY ONE ELEVATOR**** had to wait 13 minutes almost every time because of school trips. - 3 years this elevator has been Out of Order and no repairs (Please fix) - no alcohol

Housekeeping services could have been better. Leftover food was in the microwave when we got there, so they did not clean the room completely. They also did not come and clean the room after we were there one day. There were notes saying that they would not be changing the sheets during cleaning or replacing towels unless we asked them to, but they did not say they wouldn't come and make the bed or empty the trash or any of that unless we ask them to. When we mentioned to a worker that they did not clean our room we were asked if we had requested it. If you have to request to have your room cleaned then we should have been told that. Also the pillows were low quality. Frequently there were cars parked in the handicap access next to the handicap spots. I think they should be doing something about that. Those areas are so that handicap vehicles have room to pull up wheelchairs or drop ramps out of vans, they're not parking spaces. They were clearly marked but I don't believe the staff was calling the police to have the vehicles removed.

Staff was very helpful and attentive anytime that we spoke with them. Front desk ladies were very nice. Kitchen guy helpful and nice.

Did not like the location of our room. Too much noise from the pool area and elevator. Could not get to sleep until after 11:00 because of it. And all the doors from other rooms, including ours, need a good dose of oil - way too squeaky.

The pool did not have rails, so my elderly mom could not get in. The hot tub did not work. Plus, they kept telling me they were going to put coffee and didn't. I kept having to look for desk staff cause they would hide in the back.

I liked that it had an inside pool and right off the highway.

Somehow our reservation was canceled during our stay. But it was fixed. The hair dryer did not work

We chose to stay in this hotel because of the indoor pool. My daughter was attending a softball camp and it waa close to the college. The pool was clean. The hotel was clean and the rooms were decent and staff was very friendly.
