The cleanliness of the rooms; especially the bathrooms could have been a little better. I ended up having to go grab some cleaning supplies and tidy up a bit. Rooms a bit outdated.

Breakfast was perfect! The bed was also comfy for us. Best things we found during our stay. Front desk was amazing as well. My 4 year old son had gotten a toy from Target earlier that day and we forget batteries. I ended up having to order some via DoorDash because it was getting late & I was too tired to drive. When they delivered the batteries they didn’t even work in the new toy. I went to front desk where the gentleman assisted me with new batteries & a screwdriver to open the toy. Very thoughtful of him. Most importantly, I had a satisfied kiddo haha

Front desk staff My door key never worked each time we left had to go back to reactivate multiple times during every single day They gave us different reasons why it won’t work but never fix the problem Coffee was always cold and breakfast was mediocre

You have a beautiful pool area, but it is in need of corrosion control. The bathroom is especially in need of care. The broken lock on the door made for a rather embarrassing experience between another guest and me. Please let it shine to its full potential. Also, the fitness room should either be locked and out of service or fix the equipment. As it is it is dangerous.

Enjoyed our stay. Came for the Eclipse and couldn't have had a better location to watch it. Your facility was clean, and your staff was very friendly and helpful. The room served us very well. The breakfast was delicious, well prepared and presented. Your staff kept the dining area clean and food copious.

Bed was hard, pillows were small. The rooms and carpet need more cleaning.

Spots on sheets and carpet needed cleaning. Also children without parents should not be allowed in fitness center. Treadmill and elliptical wasn't working properly

Price was a little high. Didn't appreciate getting 2 phone calls asking for credit card information over the phone. After I explained the 1st call I was on my way and would present my card in person. Floors were dirty. Room had a small odor in it.

The hotel needs to be updated and the pool water did not look clean. It was green in color.

Would like to have coffee in the rooms. If toiletries are provided as mentioned on the booking site, then they should at least provide body wash and not just teeny tiny soap that is as big as what you would normally throw away at the end of a bar of soap. Need tv guide on tv remote so that we don't have to skip through every channel to see whats on tv

Coffee in the lobby was always hot. Room maids came by to empty trash and provide towels without us having to ask, Good job there.

Cleaner working pool and workout room. Needs More fruit on the breakfast bar.

Breakfast was the same everyday and it was ok-good. My Room was clean and close to the pool and work out room. The pool was not at all in good shape. The work out room needs lots of work on the equipment and cleaning.

It was a good stay. I really appreciated maintenance taking care of clogged sink right away. Front desk was kind. Breakfast was good and the lady there was so kind and great at refilling the breakfast items and keeping everything so clean. Thank you.

Nice location. Only about 6 miles from the mall and 8 miles from the ferris wheel where there are a lot of restaurants. Lots of families with small children were having fun in the pool.

We went down multiple times for breakfast and it was always gone. We ended up having to go out to eat. We always choose hotels with breakfast for convenience and saving on eating out so we were very disappointed.
