There was a stain on my comforter. I thought they would change it the next day since I got in late, but they didn't. I had to take it off completely for them to give me a new one. Just be mindful of stain Only pork for breakfast.

The smell when I was getting on elevator and to the room. The shower looked half clean. Then, there is no microwave, then not enough outlets. When you have kids. Then they don't explain their wifi to the customer if it's a code or just free. I couldn't use the key to get in through the other door. To make it easy where we park at.

The staff was friendly atmosphere. When asked for items, it was done with no hesitation. When we called the front desk, they were polite and answered our concerns.

The back door needs to be fixed so guests can park closer to their room. The breakfast should have more options. Perhaps add hot chocolate to the hot drink lineup in the lobby.

We are seniors who had been on the road for 12 hours and arrived an hour before the normal check in time. The day clerk said there were no rooms ready .., while checking in another couple. Hard to believe that there was one room ready, but not two!?

The walls are a bit thin. Woke up to hear a lady talking on her phone.

It was a lovely modern style room. If travelling with family, selecting larger room with pullout sofa would be wise. We were a party of three and room was small.

The breakfast needs to be improved. The coffee tasted old and strong. The second morning the milk in the pitcher (in fridge) was spoiled. Fresh fruit would be helpful! The tv had no directions or guide for stations. The remote didn’t work right and was filthy.

Bathroom had a "sliding barn door" with no way to hold it closed. Toilet roll holder in a hard to reach spot, and installed in such a way that reaching for it, the whole roll slid off! Handtowel rack mounted over the toilet was also an awkward spot. Unfortunately we were in a room with an adjoining room (presumably an accessible space) - the people in that room were very loud at all hours (didn't hear a polite knock on the adjoining door). Attempted to call front desk and discovered the phone didn't work - even though it appeared to be plugged in.

Good location, generally quiet (no traffic noise despite being near main roads). Restaurants & fuel nearby. Hotel was very clean and seemed well maintained. Room was spotless and quite spacious. Large desk/counter top (with a spot for luggage) and a closet. Bathroom was very clean also, lots of room.
