You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast could be better. I dont like having to cook my own waffles when Im traveling.
Everything was good. Room was nice, clean. Bathroom very clean which is very important to me. Slept very well. Comfy bed.

The upkeep of of the place needs some more work. The tub had some rust and bad caulking. The bed when we stripped it upon leaving had blood drop on it from previous guest

The only compliant I have is ( no meat on breakfast bar when we went down to eat). The plate was there but it was empty.

Mattress encasing was requested to be removed because it looked like it was covered in old blood, very disgusting. Location of room directly over foyer and late at night staff were very loud with talking and laughing. It was 90’ out and the pool wasn’t open which was disappointing to my children.
Conveniently located to everything. Staff were very accommodating. Issues were addressed promptly.

The shower was wheelchair accessible, but the lip between the shower floor and the bathroom floor was too short to keep the water from running out of the shower. It completely flooded the bathroom and hallway, causing a tripping hazard on the tile floor.
The room was clean and the ac worked great!

Front desk hardly had staff on site. The room was dirty and smelled bad. Shower curtain did not close all the way which led to shower water on the floor. The bathtub drain was left out and dirty. Bathroom door was dirty, surfaces sticky, there was hair in the bathroom, the AC smelled.

Toilet didn’t work. Hot water takes forever to make it to the fourth floor. Ask to stay on another floor. The bed makes the room feel humid.

I got a good rate on this hotel, which always makes me a little skeptical. Some cleanliness issues. Mainly just some one not being thorough. My Room had a lot of space but, akwardly laid out. The bed was so close to the AC unit, you almost have to climb over the bed to get to the otherside. Picked up broken plastic/glass in the shower, thankfully before I stepped in. There was what.appeared to be black mold in the corner near ac unit. Staff person that checked me in, acted like I was an inconvience, all I needed was to check in. The attendant that evening was about the same when I purchased a beverage. Both chose to skip the pleasantries, their demeanor was not that of a hospitality worker. Breakfast staff seemed to be dusgruntle themselves, not very friendly. The women at the desk when I checked out was the only one who presented themselves appropriately. She was quite refreshing, from the other staff.
Location was great. Plenty of eats, shopping and easy to access.

Front desk staff were not engaging or friendly. When we arrived I first notice how nice the hotel smell. When I went to the desk I said it smells so nice in here like a nice clean air freshener. The clerk completely ignored my compliment & did not engage conversation. I felt tension like she was not in the mood to be there at all. Then after checking in I went back to park the car & the rest of my party got the bags. As we were walking in thru the lobby to get to the elevator & she caught us as we turned the corner & yelled hello. We thought she was greeting us but all she said was what's your room #. This confused me because I had only seconds earlier checked in.
1 word CLEAN! Absolutely beautiful, remodeled, clean room! Dove cucber melon products in the shower left you feeling refreshed. The room had 2 queen beds, a nice chair & beautifully covered ottoman. The room also had a desk & nice desk chair that was pretty comfy. The bathroom mirror was modern with led lighting. The towels were well stocked & super clean (yes, I always check). Parking was easy & the location was perfect- right off the highway & if needed you can walk next door to several nice restaurants. The location while close to the interstate was not noisy at all. I was shocked the room was so nice because when I selected from Booking.com I was looking for a rather cheap room. Having never stayed at this chain I didn't know what to expect but we will absolutely stay here again!

Room wasn’t quite ready at check in, and then when they finally did let us in there was hair all over the bathroom and no soap or anything.
Price was reasonable, felt safe, staff was very nice. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it looked pretty good!
