The people next door left their dogs alone, barked for 3 hours nonstop. Ordered room service, no utensils or napkins and forgot our drinks. Called down and asked to have the kitchen bring up what was forgotten and was told we have them downstairs in lobby and you can come get them😬I did graciously give the gentleman a $12 tip on a 38 dollar food purchase.

I love pancakes (or waffles), your machine sucks. A few customers before me in line either got a partial pancake, a burnt one or nothing came out (regarding batter)

Our room was right over the lobby - first off the elevator. Very noisy and black out drapes did not fully cover the window so very bright with hotel and street lights. Next time I will ask for a better room - facing the back and away from major parking lot and road. Hotel was empty - no reason to give us the worst room in the hotel. King size bed with 3 ridiculously small pillows. Had to unplug clock radio due to the buzzing. TV barely available - no streaming options included. Hot tub unavailable. A surprise USD $2.50 booking fee which we had to pay at the desk. No newspaper.

The price listed on booking.com was great ($ 76 Canadian Dollars). There must have been additional charges not included in your price? The $62.04 USD converted to $88.00 CDN? Great breakfast options. Gilligan's very close by - would book again just to be close to this great restaurant/sports bar combo.

When I arrive, they charge me $10 and change above my reservation three days before I was supposed to arrive they called and canceled my reservation. I had to call corporate to get it straightened out to the owner of my reservation that I did 11 1/2 months in advance.

Room assigned originally on 2nd floor wouldn’t open, latch to enter seemed broken. New room 207 ok but Air Con was old, had to call down for soap for sink and shower. Shower fixture wasn’t fixed properly to wall, old toilet, very limited TV channels with spotty remote. No movie channel? No MSNBC news channel? Couldn’t change a $20 bill for vendor machine drinks and snacks only at 10 pm. Only 2 hangars in closet. Breakfast syrup cups were covered with ants.

Very good location, nice lobby, nice dining area, comfortable bed and pillows, microwave and fridge.

When we arrived, it looked like someone had not cleaned the room. The TV and chest if drawers were stickly like a soda can had exploded. There were M&M's on the floor of the foyer.

The staff that worked during the day was not very friendly. He didn’t talk much and he didn’t have a lot of customer service. The staff member at night was great. He was very friendly and eager to be of assistance.
