You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Pool area need to be remodeled to get rid of mold smell. So only swam once for a few minutes. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were something to be desired. I think they are pillows all Wyndham use we stayed at another hotel on our way to Indy and they had the same awful pillows.
Location was perfect. Room location was perfect for us. Jodi at front desk was accommodating from time of booking to checkout, informative, cheerful, and so polite. She made our stay wonderful. Breakfast could use a little more variety-we were there for a week. Housekeeping polite and accommodating.

Desk clerk at 1:00 in the morning wasn't the friendliest but I know it was late and we were all cranky.

I had to call the front desk both nights I stayed at this location because some patrons were screaming in the hallway. The noise level was unbearable and kept it up so I did not have a restful stay.
The breakfast was decent and I was glad it began at 6 a.m. because I had an Uber picking me up at 7 a.m. to travel to Purdue University.

It was very loud at night with people coming and going. In the morning, the cleaning staff was talking very loudly in the hallway as if there was no one in the rooms. Also, they need to change the pillows, they stink.
Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious.

The facilities are currently being updated. They do need more TLC. The pool was murky and breakfast was pure carbs. But you get what you pay for!
The check-in was very smooth and the staff was helpful.

They have construction going on, which would be nice to be aware of before booking. I would have chosen a different location. It’s clear the workers were in our room earlier in the day as there was still construction debris in our bathroom.
They allow dogs and the room was spacious and clean (linens).

Although we understood hotel was doing renovations, our room shouldn't be rented our until its done. Couldn't use shower cause tub was so horrible!!! Room not clean. Stayed here before with no issues

I’ve read that they’re doing renovations so most of this should be fixed soon, but the bathroom wasn’t very nice. There were cracked tiles on the floor, air bubbles in the ceiling paint, and the shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We found a mouthwash cap sitting on the arm of the sofa, making us wonder just how well the room had been cleaned before we got there. The only outlets by the beds were behind the nightstands and it was extremely clear by the amount of dust that those spaces don’t get touched by cleaning staff. One thing that we didn’t like but I didn’t include in my ratings because we didn’t give them a chance to fix it was that the sofa bed was broken when we pulled it out. One of us ended up just laying the mattress on the floor and sleeping on it that way.

I have no significant complaint.
The room was spacious. The staff was helpful and courteous. Checking in and out was very easy. The bed was also spacious and comfortable. The bathroom lacked places to hang wet towels. For the money we spent the hotel was a good value. The people who attended the breakfast were very nine and accommodating.
