They said they had hot coffee all day in the lobby. The day I want to get coffee it was stone cold. Also the room I had the door handle was not working right. Had a note to pull up. It would take 1 to 2 minutes to get into the room this was a nuisance. Had no towels in the room when I arrived.

The bathroom was old and falling apart. The tub and shower were leaking from the ceiling and the tub floor frlt like it was going to collapse The rug in the room was dirty and old The walls by the bed were stained

Breakfast was not what it usually is, only had bagels, cereal and yogurt. Coffee was empty needed refilled. Missed not having the usual breakfast that they normally have. Ended eating out the 2nd day of our stay. Nothing for breakfast my husband could eat. No fruit available either.

The room was dirty.Dirty towel hanging from window curtains , dust on everything, and dirt behind the ⁶toilet has not been touched in years. I know you are understaffed, and the staff you do have are underpaid, so I realize it is easy to miss things when cleaning rooms. The walls are paper thin,I was kept up by the man in the next room Snoring .

I was outside the elevator so I heard everyone coming and going all night.

It was close to my home and job. Needed somewhere to stay fast due to plumbing issues at my house. The room was nice.

The shower curtain had mildew/soap staining. Bedside table appeared rusted. Door handle needed to be jiggled in order to unlock. No lights along the road to the hotel through construction sites.

I liked that they had a turkey sausage option. The location was okay but it does get packed. I’d recommend turkey sausage gravy or turkey bacon as an option as well.

Like most older hotels there is the build up of years of filth that housekeeping doesn't touch.. The heater continued to run no matter how low the setting. Had to finally just turn it off. We had to be moved to another room due to faulty electrical plugs in the lamp. Second room was much nicer and cleaner

The ADA bathroom had very limited space to place anything, since the vanity was open underneath for a wheelchair. The lighting at the sink was abysmal, especially for shaving. It was nearly impossible to keep water in the shower from spreading out into the room.

The most disappointing feature was the breakfasts, especially the hot portions of the meal like the eggs and meat. They tasted artificial every morning, and did not have a satisfying taste at all. We eventually chose to eat elsewhere, even though breakfast came with the room. This will be the main reason we would not return to this hotel in our future trips to the area.

Some pet hair in my room. Yuck. Details about the room that weren't neat and clean (crooked lamp, marks in walls, bed skirt falling off, etc). Breakfast was fine but not great.

The excersize Room had a broken treadmill, the weightmachine also broken. The indoor pool was cloudy and you couldnt take a sit inthe whirlpool because it wascloudyand cold. Do not offer ammenities Not Avaialable Incident: The toilet clogged and we waited for maintainance, who fixed the issue , but that left us to dress and pack in undesirable conditions Free Breakfast was at best unappetizing. Hot coffee and tea ok, juice , cereal ok. But eggs and sausage Well you dont do that to eggs. Old fruit Really old. Bread for toast could be upgraded . I didnt eat. The dining area was clean. The elevator floor was disgusting dirty I got an amazing rate of $77.00 for one night. I would stay again, at the same price. But would not reccomend to another traveler. Just not say anything good- not say the bad. .
