The breakfast, instead of all carbs maybe a hot meal option

I enjoyed the quiet environment on my floor. The added security of the front entrance being secured at a certain time as well as using the key for access to the floors.

In front of the hotel is a old motel with a lot of strange people. We had a bit fear in the dark at our car. The breakfast was very very basic.

The room was silent in the back of the hotel. It was clean but we had a very loud ventilation in the bath.

Could've been cleaner. Friendlier. Shower curtain is too short so water goes everywhere. If you have more than 2 people go ahead and ask for more towels because they won't be in the room. No freezer in the fridge in the room so couldn't freeze my ice packs for my baby bottles. Only grab and go breakfast.

The couple in 310 should have been thrown out of Hotel and from their argument they have been there for a while, they argued all night long.

The lighting in the room. The rooms are long in length but didn't provide adequate lighting to give it more of a cozy feel. It was sufficient but could be better.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's hard to find a hotel with both that made my nights sleep amazing. This was the main reason why I was delighted with my room. Also the hotel was quiet. It was fully booked this weekend but very peaceful as they enforced quiet hours in respect for the guests staying here.

The property needs to update their staff and policies regarding Service Animals. They request identification for ADA covered dogs. This is against the laws of the ADA. I provided information of my service dog at the request of the property via email to the manager. I also included information and a link to the ADA website to clarify what the property is and is not permitted to ask for that information . It is discriminatory and violates disability rights. I did not receive a response to my email and that is in poor taste. If it happened to someone not as understanding as myself the property could be at risk of being legally acted upon.

Could only get one towel and washcloth after being at the hotel for 5 days. Some of the front desk staff were great. Others would just look up at me and give me a look like I shouldn’t be there. Today took the cake though. As I was extending my stay for work the front desk man said “ just so you know you can’t stay here for more than 30 days” and gave me a hard look of disdain. I’m not homeless. I promise. This is really unfortunate because otherwise I’ve had an overall great stay.

On the downside, I was a bit disappointed by the very limited breakfast options available at the hotel, and the bed was not comfy enough.

There were several aspects that I found particularly appealing. Additionally, the availability of free parking was a pleasant surprise. Moreover, the hotel offered excellent value for money, especially for those looking for a convenient and affordable option for a short stay in the city.

The mattress needs to be replaced when you sit on the bed you sinked down very low. The breakfast was limited no meat or hot eggs.

The room could I used a better cleaning found things behind the dresser and nightstand. Otherwise the room at what I expected.

There was a front desk staff when we checked the past few times she always remembers us & speaks & has my extra towels & blanket waiting for me at check in!..I love that!
