We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe safety lock for the door in our room was broken. The desk staff was all but rude. No verbal response. The only thing that she said was "your room is down that hall." When I returned my Kay card she didn't even ask how my stay was. Didn't bother to even look up at me.

United States of AmericaRoom 103’s heater was blowing cold air in the heat mode. Called front desk, immediately was told maintenance would back the next morning. After continued discussion of the situation with the front desk, was finally offered a change of rooms or more blankets. The facility should have the availability of a maintenance worker or someone trained at the facility who could check the room’s heater before finally being offered more blankets or a change of rooms.
Courteous staff. Room was large and clean . The bed was comfortable and had ample amount of pillows. Microwave and refrigerator a plus. Bathroom had plenty of shampoo and toiletries. Ample parking .
