We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is a 15 minute drive from the airport which is why I chose it, I knew I’d be coming in from a very long 24 hours of travelling and I didn’t want I muck about driving Downtown. Car parking was free and plentiful. The guy who checked me in was fabulous, I couldn’t have had a better welcome. My room was big, clean and comfortable, great shower and comfy bed with lots of pillows. Fridge, coffee machine and toiletries. I loved the bar where the barman was also fabulous (was this a theme….?). There was no food on offer in the bar but I was given some menus and I ordered a pizza for delivery and I ate it in the bar. It took me about 25 minutes to drive Downtown from here. It was quiet at night, I slept well. I’d definitely use this hotel again.

When I arrived I was checked in and given a key to Room#119. Upon entering the room, there was a male guest already in the room and currently resting in bed. It was a very scary and potentially lethal situation if either of us had taken action to protect ourselves, including in the reverse situation and the male guest had opened my door. My siggestion would be to take this very seriously.

United States of AmericaThe room was a little dirty. The electrical outlet beside the bed didn’t work and there was a hole cut in the wall. Kind of strange. The toilet also didn’t want to flush.
Location was perfect for an early morning flight. The shuttle didn’t run early enough, but the staff were so apologetic and instructed us to go ahead and schedule the Lyft the night before so we’re guaranteed a ride. Check in was super easy and quick. Cody was so friendly!

Cancelled my reservation because my card declined before it was even close to check in time! I called to let them know I’d be late and the lady told me and i informed her I would be paying with a debit card not the credit card she had. Never has a property tried to charge my card before I even arrived ( I understand if I wasn’t there at check in but it was 1-2 pm and check in was at 4pm.)So she got my new card information and didn’t even ask for my security code, I had to remind her she would need that. Put me on hold for 10 minutes or so and said okay and hung up. I was never told how much the security deposit was and I still don’t know but of course they charged my card for it and I still can’t tell how much other was. When we got to the hotel after a very long day, the nice man working told me please don’t be mad ( not his fault so of course I wasn’t mad at him ) but my room was canceled and I was booked another hotel down the road. The lady absolutely should have told me this on the phone earlier instead of me wasting time going to the wrong hotel with all our things and getting back in the car to just try to get to the other one to go to sleep! She had my phone number because the first time I called she knew it was me without even asking a name or any information and she later asked me my number and repeated it to me. I would have just drove home if I’d known this was happening! This is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs to find a better way to run a business. Absolute waste of money! Horrible customer service! Horrible communication
