We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Cleaned hot tub.
Room was nice and bed was comftable. Loved the pool, didn't get in hot tub due to being uncleaned but overall great stay.

The whirlpool had so much chlorine/chemicals it literally burned your nose and eyes just to be by it let alone in it and then The water suddenly went out for most of the day and when it came back on they didn't have any hot water for the remainder of our stay but to the General managers credit she was very understanding and issued us a refund for that day
The staff was very friendly and I was refunded for the day in which we didn't have any water

The bathroom was not as clean as should be. The shower curtain had large spots of mold/mildew on the bottom portion. There were also mold/mildew on the shower grout lines.

Not enough towels for four people, not enough coffee for four people, no one at the front desk every time we needed something, never had towels replenished after being told housekeeping would bring them, staff absolutely left something to be desired.
Being on the first floor, easy access to the ice machine, pool and breakfast area, feeling welcomed upon arrival.

Lack of Housekeeping skills was evident in the careless manner of bed making, with balled up pillows stuffed into the cases. Top sheets installed sideways, bed skirts puddling on one side and pulled up on the other. Also the hotel is hard to spot at night. No exterior sign lighting
Quiet location and bed was comfortable thanks to pillows we brought from home

Problem with faucet in tub. COVID required grab&go breakfast was not desirable but staff tried to have a variety of items in the bag.
Traveling with a 10-year old, the indoor pool was very welcome. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Parking was on-site.

Hot tub jets didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep because the people above us were so loud. I called front desk but they didn’t do anything about it. I was told there would be an extra 30$ charge but it would fall off after 7 days but they didn’t tell me about the extra 159$ that would also be charged

I booked a two queen bed room long in advance and when I arrived they told me they were out of those type of rooms. Doesn’t make sense to me when you book a room and select the type of room you want. Very disappointing.
Location was good. Near lots of food and the Church we were attending for a conference

The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Great location nearby shopping center in walking distance. Big room big bathroom. Warm breakfast. Indoor pool/ hot tub.

The room got a little hot at night. I like the room to be cold and dark when I sleep and it was not cold enough for my liking maybe the air conditioner should be looked at. No big deal though the bed was comfy and I got some sleep.
From the moment we checked in, I knew this was a great place because the process was smooth and the guy was very nice and had a smile on his face. Location is great and the beds are comfy. Also the breakfast was good.

Like everything about this place
