The downstairs bathroom could of been better stocked. Same with options for drinks or snacks. I would recommend a few vending machines.

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. The room was clean, but the towels had stains. The heat unit made noises when we turned on the fan. The property is under renovations. I hope they can they resolve some of these issues.

located we’re close to where we needed to be. The new owners are very nice and the young lady that was up at the front desk is very pleasant and willing to help. She even carried our luggage up to our room.

The heater created a bad smell. The car noise from the adjacent Laconia Rd was loud. We had to ask for washcloths, as well as extra towels because the bath towels are thin and small. The toilet paper ran out quickly, with no backup roll. There’s no sandy beach leading to a lake shoreline, as shown in the online photos. A shirtless tattooed guest hovered around us in the parking lot as if he were considering robbing us.

The front desk staff were friendly and conscientious. The breakfast waffle was good. The refrigerator and TV worked well.

Bathroom ridiculously small. Bed was horrible. You sunk into the middle, felt like plastic, and wi-fi not adequate.

Some details from their website did not translate well when in person. The beach the property has, unfortunately you must cross a very busy road to access and was not well maintained. From the outside you can see the former charm of the building however it may come down to new ownership or the ever growing need to get occupants in and out, a lot of the facility could use some real TLC. We stayed in the main building, there were little cottages that may or may not have been able to rent.

It was right on a busy road and across the busy road from a lake. So the "beach" is also on the busy road....Not actually a relaxing kind of lakeside stay. The car tree air freshener on the a/c unit didn't smell- why in the heck is this in a hotel room?! (Please take those out of your rooms those are for cars and if the room smells then it is not clean!) Mattress was horrid....it was sunken in on both sides with a heap down the center. I had no TV remote and the TV was stuck on one channel. Bathroom....terrible light, very dark, no hooks to hang my things, no closet, no counter top to set my things (toilet tank cover was rounded so not a usable surface!) I almost picked up some 3M Wall Hooks for my stay. No other furniture aside from the bed and top of mini fridge to place my things. So much potential, so many misses. Also, please staff your office regularly with posted hours, and have this person clean the office and breakfast area....so gross looking with waffle batter dripped down the counter, old fruit in the baskets and a dirty single table! Having to CALL not TEXT is super inconvenient for help. Definitely didn't feel value in this stay for what I paid. Oh, and the ice machine was broken.....so....fix it or buy a bag of ice and fill it manually!

Location was perfect for my needs (attending a wedding). Rooms appeared clean and had no scent (which was fine!) Staff (housekeeping) was extremely friendly!! AC worked great!

Room was small. Room has a full size bed with no space to walk on either side of the bed. There's no space for even a chair in the room. The toilet is too close to the wall There is a cut out in the wall so that the flush hand could work. I'm 6'3" 230lbs and I couldn't sit normally. Very uncomfortable to use.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.

No coffee or tea station. The bottom of the step way was a little sketchy, the room had a loose base board under the sink, but there was work being done on the inn. There was only a partition not all the way to the ceiling for the bedroom. There were no hangers in the closet, but the closet was very large.

I liked the very friendly and non invasive staff. They had a breakfast available, and sitting areas around the check in area. I loved the location, very scenic, but on a busy road. The room was very quiet, second floor, a lovely cafe set was on the porch to sit at and look out at the lake. The room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, loved the pillows. Living room was very nice. The kitchen had a nice stove and the refrigerator was a normal size. There was plenty of storage, a large bureau. Plenty of kitchen storage and it was equipped with cultery and dishware. Loved the fact we could take our Maya with us, dog friendly was very much appreciated.
