We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe pool hours were not convenient for all guests. 10-8 works for some, but others, like us, would have liked it to be open a little later or even opened earlier than 10 considering check out is 11, not 12 like the website says. Breakfast was good, but I was really hoping for a waffle considering the picture shows a waffle maker or two. Also I don't think they had anyone there refilling what was empty.
The room itself was acceptable. It was large and was basically what I expected. The bed was comfortable and my kids said the sofa sleeper was good. The front desk attendant was nice. What they had for breakfast was good. The pool was actually a nice temperature.

United States of AmericaI stayed here nearly a year ago and brought to someone's attention that the keycard sensor for the door at the end of the building was not working. Unfortunately by the time we arrived back at the end of our night's stay, there was no where else to park. It seems like something like this would have been fixed by now. There were several broken things in my room. The safety latch on the door was missing a hook so not useable. The overhead light in the sitting area did not work. The towel rack came crashing down late at night when we were no where near it. It seems like things like this could and would be checked and handled in between stays.
I liked the bed, and the fact that the price was fair and the facility was close to where we needed to be. We weren't there for breakfast to state anything about that, but the main areas of the hotel seemed pretty clean.

United States of AmericaI am on a mission for work so priority isnt Disneyland view, but since you asked, low lighting throughout, a depressing atmosphere, many repairs required throughout the building leaky facets, no sink drain, a/c not properly working, flexible light next to bed bulb is out rooms are pot luck when check in sometimes not ready, assigned to different room, 1st floor window no security o. window, latch broken, need to or towels I stay here 4-nights/wk over last several months.

The headboard was greasy... you could see it. There were fake rose petals left on the ground near the curtain and a pile of battery operated candles left on the counter.

United States of AmericaPool was closed, no hot breakfast ( only sugary foods, apples and bananas, or yogurt) couldn't get extra towels, was not informed there would be a hold out on my credit card the day before check-in. Even though I booked 2 rooms 3 months in advance, we were on separate floors. Trash was not changed the 3 nights we were there. We had to take our towels down and exchange them daily.
