Apartments that have been refurbished but not completely. Easy to get to the beach, Kids playground Just before the beach, swimming pool, kids area and adults mutual area with pool table. Supermarket walking distance.comfortable beds.

Sofa not really comfortable, but we learned to prop is with sofa pillows, that made it better.

Beds could be more comfortable, but this didn't stop us from having a wonderful stay.

Great location, super clean space, and lots of amenities provided including a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for a family! We loved being so close to the beach, neighborhood was peaceful, friendly, and quiet.

bathroom small and old'ish, overall the appartment is OK, but could do with a refresh.

Location - close to the North Beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. good equipment in the kitchen and all that was needed. Good value for money. Note that the contact with staff is only during working hours (6.30 to 16.30) and when we had a problem with very loud drunk neighbour during the night they are not there to react to such cases. They did however react afterwards and compensated for that inconvenience we had so I'm overall very satisfied with their contact.

It´s not a hotel, it´s a room for rent up to 6 people (2 double beds + sofa bed) with one bathroom. Everything outside the terms of the contract is charged separately. The kitchen is well equipped but some items were missing. We were unable to use the oven and contact via chat did not help us with this (maybe our fault). We used an air-fryer instead. The small safe was not unlocked and we were unable to use it.

Location reasonably close to the beach, parking in front, although not guaranteed by the owner. Easy communication via chat (there are no other means of communication). Soft mattresses on the beds. There is a place to store luggage (it is for common use).

older property neatened up with only one bathroom, but that's typical of the area. no flyscreens on windows. couldn't work out how to use the tv in the lounge room. could only communicate with management via whatsapp messages, but worked ok once we'd worked that out.

Washing machine located in the common area is extra charge and we couldn’t figured out how to use it with the coins system, The unit next to ours had some refurbishment done so it was kinda noisy early morning with workers

Window leaked badly when we had a storm though maintenance arrived within a couple of hours. We had a substantial mopping up exercise.

There’s no parking, is only 10 spots, and there always full, we almost got robbed,by some guy while we are taking are stuff out of the car,you have to drive around the blocks to find, or go far away and then come back and a Uber, building is old, AC old and loud

There were minor overused elements… like a slanted couch-bed… and the Gym/Playroom needed some attention (pool table cue sticks were nicked at the tip, and there were few, the bathroom had no water)

The little house conglomerate felt awesome. Amenities and locations were really good!

We were travelling with 2 adult children (a boy and a girl) and needed 3 beds. The apartment was advertised with 3 beds (1 double and 2 sofa beds) but the second sofa bed was too small to accommodate an adult. Fine for a kid or a very small adult.

Great location next to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice and helpful team of cleaners.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool wasn’t clean enough for my kids to go there and the gym need attention and it’s small but otherwise it’s fine

Parking parking was horrible there was never any open parking spaces we parked on a street we got three tickets in our car towed at 3:00 in the morning when we went to leave for the airport because there was a black line parking lot and we didn't know black lines mean something else like emergency vehicle being from Colorado we never seen that and we parked there and they told our vehicle with suitcases and everything at 2:30 in the morning and we had to leave at 2:45 so parking was miserable beds extremely uncomfortable but everything else was amazing perfect and actually would probably stay there again just didn't like the parking It's only downfall

The airconditioning is extremely noisy. Cooking breakfast the smoke alarm went off with hardly any smoke in the room. The sofabed in the room behind the livingroom is a bit short - not meant for an adult.

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood in the North Beach Area. The apartment is good size with a good sitting rom and dining room area. The kitchen is also fine.
