Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We purposely booked a king suite for the occasion for the specific reason of using the jetted bath tub. When filling and turning on the tub, there were bubbles and rings of rust everywhere. Extremely disappointed. The microwave had what appeared to be rice exploded all over inside of it. My parents stayed in another room where the toilet was very rocky and tipped forward and the hair dryer did not work. Upon check out, I told the front desk about the tub situation and received the response of "oh really ". No apology or they would check into it etc.
Convenient for son's wedding location. Great continental breakfast. Nice staff. Pool, hot tub, pool tables and arcade games...although we did not have time to use, very nice for others. Bed was comfy.

Hair Dryer was broken in the room. My wife forget hers and was hoping to use. Seemed to be a lot of noise after midnight in hallways. (kids & adults)

The facility is privately owned, a little outdated, but very well maintained. The staff were all wonderful. I’ll definitely stay again.

There was no AC going in the room when I got there, and it was over 80 degrees that day.

The pool area was so hot it was next to impossible to enjoy hanging out in. The rooms cleanliness was a little left to be desired. Pool side rooms were hard to keep cool. Please update the rooms, I have stayed at this particular hotel in the past and I am not sure if anything has been updated since my childhood. I am not young!
Location and the attached restaurant. The nice gentleman that helped us get checked in was very informative.

Somewhat outdated. Pool area in the middle of the building and rooms around it. No modern charging outlets for electronics.
There’s a restaurant on the property. Hot breakfast. Located near the clinic.

Needs updating. I could not turn on the bathroom faucet. Lamp between the beds was broke. At 1:30 the fire alarm went off. False alarm. At breakfast the eggs, potatoes and sausage were cold.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, but probably the most least appealing was the breakfast.
Food cold and just put there in a non appealing manner. Kinda an after thought to serve breakfast.

We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. I would definitely return and also recommend to others.

Rooms are dated. Faucet in shower was leaky if tou didn't push the shower pull/lever on the tub spout back down. Pool was cold and cloudy. They were only two pillows per bed.
Price was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised they provided a hot breakfast, and it was good! Beds were clean. Hotub was nice. We will stay there again if we have to stay overnight in Marshfield.

Hate to do this but, there were spiders in our room and a big cob web above the sink, we could not reach it so it is probably still there. The outside (parking lot) needs to be cleaned up and so did the outside garbage cans and butt holders. The pool area needs to be adult friendly after 8, 6-8 unattended kids in the pool(ok) and the hot tub, which adults like to relax in.
The breakfast was a delight to have with out going out. The location was great for our stay, we visited relatives close by. The attached restaurant has GREAT food!!!...Front desk is always helpful and pleasant, along with the rest of the staff.
