They don't give you housekeeping even if you stay more than 2 days You have to bring your dirty sheets up and towels and they give you some at the front desk but you have to put them on yourself

It’s sad to say but the assistant Manager is truly something! So if you check your records I’m a regular as I work in Macungie are quite often so you are usually my place of choice! Since January when I discovery your bethlehem branch! Unfortunately for a frequent visitor it’s strange so a couple things happened 1) so usually when one books a room for two in other places / hotels the way I have experienced this is only the information of the one whose name the room reserved is the only One whose ID is required! Well On this day your Asisstant manager so called refused adamantly to check us in though we had a booking reserved and we’re ready to pay! So being very tired I just went down the street to MOTEL 6! Quite honestly I do not think I’ll be coming back this is the third time this same staff had mishandled me . So even though I like your facility I’d rather pay HILTON WHERE I WILL BE TREATED with more respect and COURTESY than disrespect whilst I’m paying for my stay! So NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE PREGEF TO PAY MORE! !! I truly like the facility but some of the staff leave a lot to be desired and after a hard days job it’s better just to walk away!

I didn’t like that the bed in the Queen room is up against the wall so there is only one way on and off. For 2 people. Very inconvenient. No mirror in the room which is odd. I wish they offered continental breakfast or even at least milk for the coffee instead of just powdered cream.

It was very accommodating. We had 2 rooms. Having cabinet space and a full size refrigerator makes for an easy weekend especially with 4 kids and a husband.

We had to put down a $100 deposit which was unacceptable. I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. There were only two towels in the bathroom, no tissue box and the lighting was very dim, no lamps either.

I've been accused of stealing a towel. I've never taken anything that wasn't mine. I don't steal! This happened after I complained about a charge. Also, they charged twice as much for deposit as stated on Booking.com

Room had two burners which was great but no utensils or pots. Unable to connect to wifi and coffee was only available for a certain limited time. Also was not told over the phone that there was a $50 non refundable pet fee.

As I previously mentioned the bed was not a conventional bed frame and was ‘much’ higher than a conventional room/hotel bed, requiring me to ‘climb’ in and out of bed. I was also charged a deposit fee double the deposit quoted by Booking.com

Breakfast, nor any other meal, was not made available. The bed frame was an unconventional metal frame and was uncomfortably high (I had to crawl in and out of it. Otherwise the room and amenities were pleasant and comfortable. The room deposit fee was higher than that which quoted on Booking.com and U have not heard from the facility about return of the deposit fee although I checked out early.
