You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing that the staff did they were wonderful
The staff was nice even though they messed up my email address and had me without Internet access for two days. Everyone was really nice. I will stay here anytime.

Need new stainless washcloth and towels in all rooms Make sure no marks left on toilet clean very well make sure all lights and light switches work in room
Pricing wasn’t so bad the two front check in clerks white young lady and black man at night had great costumer service!

The first room I was in: the microwave buttons did not work and the air-conditioning didn't work. The second room had an over powering bad smell. 👎
I had a problem with my first room. And the clerk changed my room very quickly.

Being bothered by guest staff on a weekly basis for stupid stuff ,also the beds could be more comfortable..But main concern people above us were jerks and there kids stayed up round the clock no Courteous for other people staying in hotel at all.I complained to front desk to nothing happening I called corporate and they were suppose to be moved and that didn't happen so not pleased will be looking for another place to stay when my stay is up I will not be rebooking...

WiFi was intermittent, water dripping from bathroom overhead fan when turned to the on position a few times. Bathroom sink drain pipe has a slight clog. Carpet seemed to have a damp feel to it and the property does not smell the best.
The staff was kind and courteous and would cheerfully give you towels and trash bags as needed. Shower water pressure was good and a full size refrigerator.

I’d would have liked a hair dryer in the room. and breakfast is a requirement if I choose to pay more than $50 a night.
The bed was comfy, room was cool and quiet.

continunued. my room had pill packets on the floor. just randomly. I slept there because I needed to sleep and I couldn't do anything as the office closed . there was someone who moved furniture or something above me for hours. like 4 hours. I didn't sleep and had no one to complain to and as the staff made me extremely uncomfortable at check in I didn't even think I could have the situation corrected. these people have no idea how to operate a hotel that is sometimes used for extended stay. hospitality is still a thing. if you hate your job, then don't work there, but don't traumatized guests with your inappropriate behavior because you have preconceived ideas what kind of guests you think you will be. example: sometimes people are getting away from abusive I situations and deserve respect and dignity. these people were ignorant, uneducated, and wrong
no. i didnt like anything.t. the desk staff and manager had no hospitality training at all and asked me extremely personal questions like what I did for a living as that would determine my room assignment. when I questioned that, they eventually said the questions had to do with discounts. which was a lie as I am a federal employee and a first responder and when I told them ,the subject was dropped right away

They don't tell you when booking the room that no one is at the front desk at night. I arrived on a rainy night, but couldn't check in for over 40min because NO ONE was there. Had to end up calling the reservation line for them to track someone down! 🤬

I really can only say the thing I didn’t like is the part of they need more pillows..
The staff here is really what makes the stay worth it. Yeah the rooms are comfy maybe could use a couple more pillows but other than that they’re comfy. The staff are great. They each have their good days so each staff has that day they extra smiles.. which is always nice to see
