You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

I didn't like that I was charged more than what the final booking price was for. I've tried for 2 days to contact the property, with them telling me to call back tomorrow- no response to emails or calls. I had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes to check in (I was the only guest at the time) so that was annoying after a day of travelling. The room was freezing when we got in there and the light switches by the door were weirdly wired.
I liked the size of the room and the amenities that came with it. Bed was just okay, and pillows were a little flat - but the room was clean and sizeable.

Noise. Couldn’t sleep for the noise upstairs and next room. Pot smell was awful. I doubt I’ll stay there again. I had a 12pm check out. 4 different people knocked on the door between 10:30 and 10:45. We gave up and sat down stairs to wait on our ride. Plus had to use a translation app to talk to most of them! 🤬
Convenient location. Rooms are big and roomy.

They had no dishes or pans, not even a coffee maker of any kind, things you would expect for an efficiency room with a kitchenette.

I’m not sure my room was cleaned prior to my arrival. There were no toiletries and the toilet had residue in it from someone’s BM… the shower had remaining hair in it. although the bed was made and the fridge clean.
The staff were very kind and it was right by the location I needed. Parking was alway accessible and my Ubers never had trouble finding me. The elevator was frequently available and I felt the property was safe and secure. I traveled alone and being safe and feeling safe is a top priority. The little kitchenette was great but the stove was cracked making me a little nervous.

Lack of room amenities. Had to ask for towels. No toiletries or hair dryer were provided or available for rooms. Found that out the hard way. No breakfast. If I had known those things were needed beforehand, it would have been ok.
The room was nice. Decent size, clean, and had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator.

The bed was NOT a queen bed it was a full, bed frame would move anytime you get into bed or out of bed no walking space on sides of bed, no towels where provided for kitchen or handwashing only bath towel, no toiletries, also no curtains for the windows whatsoever

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were so flat you might as well have not even had any. Bed sheets had hair and stains on them. Men outside drinking in the parking lot watching us made it very uncomfortable coming to and from the car at night. Room smelled musty. People above us sounded as if they were moving furniture. Heavy foot steps from above also. Pressure washing outside of our room made sleeping in past 8 impossible. I have to say this is probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in and we travel quite a lot.
The location was close to where I needed to be. Staff was nice.

My husband and I were very disappointed in our stay. We didn't like that there were no extra pillows blankets, or bath towels. The bed itself was so uncomfortable and then not having the right pillows or decent pillows was terrible. When we asked the front for extra blankets and pillows they said they didn't have any. Taking a shower was a task. There is a timer in the bathroom and the light goes off every 30 seconds and there's no way of fixing that. So, just imagine taking a shower and having to deal with no light. There was so much noise on the level above us all night long. We will not stay there again.
The only thing that was delightful was the lady in the front.
