I we did not like the cockroacyes and the Staff there, they charged us extra money when we had paid for a month of it The wifi sucked we had To pay $20 for 3 electronics to use People stomping upstairs, making noises. Around 3 for 5 o'clock in the morning.

I arrived at the check in desk at 11:50 pm for check in, but when I arrived the check in desk was closed, even though it was listed on booking.com and on the hotels website that checkin was available until 12 am. The hotel did not pick up any calls that night or the following day, and it is listed that charges for the rental will still be applied to my bank account.

Where should I start; the overwhelming smell of marijuana when I walked in, the cigarette burns on the tub, the cockroaches on the bathroom wall or the missing clerk at checkout. The bed was adequate, barely. This is a no frills, take your life in your hand's establishment and there are 2 hotels next door that I'm sure are superior. You'll pay more but I'd recommend that option before I'd stay here.

I liked that it was a place close to sleep near my destination.

It did not smell that great and there was a few things messed up in the room. the light in the bathroom was short circuited and did not turn off. The sink in the front room nozzle was broke. Someone also tried to enter my room which was attempted to be double booked by the front desk. I had my kids in there made me feel a little unsafe.

There were cockroaches running around in the kitchen area and beside the bed. There were many of them. Also, there was a dead fly in the bathtub and a little bit of blood on the wall.

The staff was friendly and were able to switch us into a different room when we saw the bugs.

There were no staff available to check in me and my children after midnight. A troupe of young men were barrelling through the tiny, oppressively odorous lobby. The phone on the wall connected to an off-site staffer who was unable to reach any night staff to provide us a key to our reserved room, even after contact with the hotel's GM and district manager. This was unacceptable, and my family had to sleep in the car on a very cold night because other hotels in the area don't have any way to initiate a reservation for rooms after midnight. This was the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had. What kind of management is not nearby enough to come to the property on short notice, and has no substitute personnel able to do so in case they are indisposed?

I did not like anything about this place. You could smell the characteristic "non-smoking" but used-to-be smoking hotel smell from the parking lot. The lobby was way-too-heavily fragranced with cheap toilet air freshener.
