Customer service was good however the general manager did not respond to this particular incident which I thought was unprofessional when I requested a response to the uncomfortable experience

I checked in at 3:30 came back at 7:00 could not get any sleep because the kids next door was beating on the wall making my head board shake then I talked to the attendant on duty I called them from 7:00 to 1:00 in the morning and the kids did not stop until 1:00 I went to sleep and back awake at 5:00 when the parents were arguing. Also when I checked for bed bugs looking under the mattress there was a sex toy someone left in the room I took it to the attendant when I first checked in and we joked about it My biggest concern was that the general manager who was called several times did not reach out to me or even extend a credit and when I signed in the room I should have left right then because there was a couple that was leaving who had just checked in and they stated that they would not feel safe leaving their dog in the room at this particular place and it was not clean with holes in the wall the hallways were all stained and needs some attention. I didn't necessarily need a sweet but their rooms were affordable for what I needed which was just a nice rest to drive back 2 hours to Austin Texas.

The key machine was down. According to the staff it has been down for weeks. Had to call someone when you need to get into your room. Sometimes no one was at the lobby

We were put into a room that didn't have anything on the windows. The mini blinds were in the floor. I had to change rooms. There were little small ants on the floor. The hallways and elevator smelled like urine

I signed at check in (and also told them I may check out on an earlier day due to family) but when I got to my room there was no working remote so therefore no TV I could watch and I missed the finale of the Amazing Race. I informed the front desk that I would for sure be checking out earlier and visit my brother instead - on multiple occasions. There was not a working TV. I was also told I would get an emailed receipt only to find out they didn't have my email address. However I did have an email for reservation which did not make sense. I'm still waiting on my refund. I ended up going to a different hotel after visiting family for a few days. My visit was to take care of my mom and see about her in a care facility. Doctors appointments etc ....so I had to stay until I could change hotels. Still waiting to hear about refund. No one has called back. Also no coat hangers.

No light under microwave to use as night light. Carpet in hallway dirty with spills, I guess since it is an extended stay more attention to regular guests accommodations should be looked at.

The hallways had alot of stains on the carpet has you entered the third floor. The elevator smelled weird and tmneed to be cleaned. Lots of streak marks like something spilled, dirty panels to ele.

There was no breakfast. WI-FI worked on and off. Elevator broke and had to take stairs for a day. Awful smell on first floor. Room showed its age.

I was booked to stay in a handicapped room but I didn't get out in one and then, there wasn't a hairdryer, half of the plugs in the room didn't work and to top it off there were roaches in the bathroom.
