We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo amenities, you got one tiny soap. No housekeeping for less than 14 day stay,if you wanted more towels you have to pay for it. Iron upon request, and when we asked none was available. Was told when one is available they would call, an hour later had to call and go to front desk again, then for someone to go looking for one. Internet only on one device, have to pay for others. Dog friendly, which is fine but had carpet in the elevator which smelled like it has never been cleaned.

United States of AmericaThey were out of hair dryers, and unfortunately were not able to secure one before our departure., otherwise no other negative issues.
We needed and received a wheelchair accessible room, that worked well for us. The location was where we needed to be and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also allowed for a late checkout, so that triple A was able to change our flat tire.

United States of AmericaI’m 5 months pregnant and had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs because their elevator was broken. Nor was there anything they could do to accommodate me but since I booked online, I didn’t want to go through the troubles of getting my money back. The mid day staff wasn’t the friendliest either. My boyfriend said she gave him bad vibes.

United States of AmericaNoice from the above units were disrupting. Elevator inop? This is a priority for any hotel with multiple floors. It has to be fixed ASAP. An apologizing letter does not help people carring suitcases to the 4th floor. It had been down for some time already.

United States of AmericaWell the fact that we was in room 220 and the AC went out Friday it was leaking water went down stairs to Tell them they said the guy comes between eight and one on Saturday about 10:00 when no one showed up I went back downstairs a lady that was off that day was there and she said that the guy will not be in until Monday I said we can try to move into another room but we're fully booked so we just waited it out and then Sunday I'll check out I told the girl you know is there a way to get at least some of the money back on my card or I'm knock off for a stay etc she said she will write it down and tell the manager on Monday so if this problem can be fixed that be nice because it was a BEAUTIFUL PLACE

United States of AmericaYou have to pay for EVERYTHING! Most hotels you get plastic/styrofoam cups and a coffee maker. You have to rent the coffee maker, dishes, cookware, etc. Also, only one (1) device is able to get on free wifi.
Convenient location and the staff, including the manager, are super nice. You have Publix next door along with several food places in the same shopping center. If you want doordash or ubereats, they are super quick with delivery since everything is centrally located within range of this establishment. The beds are high but very comfortable. The room (2 queen beds, 2nd floor) we were in was super spacious and the air conditioning was very good! We stayed here due to our air conditioner going out the day before fourth of July and couldn't get anyone out until the day after. 🙄 I would stay here again! But, I would stop by a dollar store for cups, silverware, plates, etc.

United States of Americathe people above seemed to have lead feet as I heard them moving around all the time. the ac unit above mine seemed to be dripping water the entire time I was there as I could hear the drops hit my ac unit never stop. they have a fee for linen cleaning so I was stuck with my starter towels pretty much the whole time.

They still say they didn't get it & room would be more. This isn't right & they still should've honored the booking price
