Smell of weed even though there's signs in the room to say no smoking 🚭 and no weed.

Great location for concert venue which was the Speedway 500. Situated 6 miles from the actual beach but if you do your homework you'd know this already. The accommodation was basic & was at full capacity for the weekend we were there which was fine. You get what you pay for. Monday came & we saw some shady looking characters. They looked like drug addicts if I'm honest & if we'd seen them on our first day I wouldn't have felt comfortable there.

The room was very rushed during cleaning (if they even cleaned at all), the floors in some places were sticky when we got into the room. The fridge wasn't cleaned prior to us. Our TV didn't work and no one knew how to fix it. I'm glad we were in town for a festival so we didn't have to spend too much time in the hotel room.

The staff was really nice and tried to help to their best ability. We liked having a kitchen since we stayed there a week. The bathroom was spotless.

I paid for 2 nights that i wasn't even there, they did not come in and clean we had to take our own garbage out , they didn't change our towels out !

If you wanted kitchen cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, dish soap, kitchen towels, etc., you had to pay for them. Nothing to clean, or dry dishes with in the room. Had to use 1 of our 2 washcloths from the bathroom. They only supplied 2 wash cloths and 2 towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no body soap (just small bar soap). No Dining table, we used the desk area. It had 2 chairs.

The price was good, place was clean, it had a full size fridge, a cooktop, and microwave..

My room smelled of burnt food or something but was told about by front desk and asked if could get another room and no other rooms available was told. Is what it is I guess... plus found white rice that wasn’t cleaned up by room cleaner and the whole wood floor in the room wasn’t even cleaned.

Light in bathroom could have been fixed quickly but I went and bought a bulb myself. Had to cancel 1 day stay out of 5 and wasn't reimbursed .

Kitchenette was a good addition. It was close to my work site. Cooking in room saved a ton. Price was decent. Staff was helpful and on site laundry was convenient.

The room was not clean upon arrival and their were dead and live roaches in the room. The water pressure was very low in all of the rooms we reserved. Although we purchased bug spray and sprayed the room entirely before leaving for the day we still had an issue with roaches when we returned. Lastly, the rooms did not offer coffee pots.

The location was great. The staff was very professional and friendly. The staff tried their best to rectify the issues we incurred. They immediately cleaned our room. The rooms were very spacious!

What i did not like that much was the fact you have to pay to get new towels, and washcloths. A fee is charged per week for this service. And you have to go down and get the change outs yourself. There is also a lot of hanging out on the outside of the building by a lot of either patrons, or people who live at the hotel. And do not go to the McDonalds down the street from the hotel, as they have the WORST customer service i have ever experienced ANYWHERE!! The manager is a definite no show, and when you call the number to make a complaint, NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK, but, when you call a second time, they do not have a record of your first call. The shift supervisor at night acts as though you are asking too much of him to get your order right. He will also REFUSE to give you his name if you want to make a complaint. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will be sorry.

Staff was friendly and accomadating to checking in early, and to answering any questions i had. Rooms were a good size, and came with a full size fridge, microwave, and a 2 burner electric stovetop.

Gruff, unappreciative desk clerk. The room was bare minimum.

Parking was easy and it was clean enough. Right off the interstate(but hidden) with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

A lot of under the influence people here up at all hours but I guess it would work as there is A-LOT of people driving by asking if your Skrate and insisting that you not about being told you were OK. I’m a smoker and damn came close to quitting as I was very uncomfortable to go out to smoke to have to be face with Prepositions from resentful closing a sale drive by and from guest that have no problem announcing that they are wasted on heroin. The delicious smell of herb was very pleasant every time I road the elevator. Cockroaches are a huge problem as you walk through the hall you often see several different brands of roaches wondering out from under one’s room door.?I have asked several times to have someone please spray for these bugs in my room and they said they have however We keep a flip flop close by for anyone that we see running by after we have sprayed every nock and cranny. tons of mold had to scrub it if of everywhere couldn’t breathe from it and affected my COPD

Key cards stop working consistently. They have you pay for housekeeping and linen cleaning extra for longer stays. Housekeeping was in my room once over 6 week stay. Internet is extremely expensive with sub par connectivity.

Has tv, fridge, hot plate, and decent living space. Staff is friendly.
