We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe windows in all of the areas where terrible. The floors and the walls in the elevator never got cleaned throughout the whole weekend. The trash outside the hotel was completely fool and ran over. I just think that on the weekends no one is there to accommodate the cleanliness in the structure of the building.
I love the refrigerator and the flat top stove, I love the cabinet space in the rooms, I love that there was no carpet. The bathrooms were very clean.

United States of AmericaTons of people always outside smoking marijuana and cigarettes. Front lobby is only open approximately 8 hours a day. No daily housekeeping, must get towels at front desk when they open.
Location is great. The hotel is new and room was clean.

United States of AmericaSome kind of continental breakfast or drink station. There was coffee but no creamer(except plain powdered packets). I know that it is extended stay and you expect people to have their own stuff for the room, but some people are just there for a few days. If there was a restaurant nearby for breakfast that might make it ok.
The rooms were very nice and I liked that it was not a carpeted floor and the bed was off the ground. Very clean hotel and fairly new looking. I would stay again.

United States of AmericaNo iron or ironing board in the room, no ice bucket or glasses, flooring under the tub in room 425 is weak and you can hear it cracking while you’re standing in the shower (I’m only 156lbs and my husband is under 200lbs so imagine if someone was 200+ lbs).
Great location, off the freeway, beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, great security protocol, plenty of parking, restaurants and mall in short walking distance, Downtown Detroit is only a 15min drive

United States of AmericaInitially everything was great the day we checked in, Friday afternoon. We were told that the front desk was open till 9 every night, that was not the case. Saturday night I went to swap our sheets for clean ones around 8:15 and the front desk was already closed off. I saw the staff member who had been working it when we came in earlier in plain clothing loitering in the hall with a friend. She watched me, with sheets in hand, and laughed and joked with her friend that they were closed. Then on day of check out we went down at the desk at 9 am when they said it would be open. We ended up waiting in the lobby with a dozen other guest frustrated trying to check out and one man locked himself out of the room stating at 8 the night before there was no staff to help him. Staff did not arrive till 10:45 and it was the same staff member that closed early the night we had went down. When we asked why no one was there she pulled a sign from behind the desk showing that due to the holiday the desk would not be open till 10am. This was the first time in 4 days the sign was displayed and not to mention upon check in or booking was this mentioned. Honestly the staff member ruined the whole experience. She was childish, rude, and was late and always closing early.
Property was in quiet location. Rooms were clean.

Puerto Rico1. I stayed for 2 weeks and I only got 1 room service just because I went and ask for it. 2. The hall's always had trash bags but this is because how dirty the local people is even tho Front Desk do tell that there's a big trash container behind the hotel. There's was even trash when I went to my room In front of the door. 3. Don't go for work or if you're a light sleeper, the hotel walls and everything is made out of carton(Not really) but you basically hear EVERYTHING, even the people walking, talking, tv and music. So this is more like a "family stay". My recommendation always go for the 4th floor.
Staff is amazingly helpful and very kind. You got everything nearby from 5-7min. Fairlane Shopping Mall is walking distance(1min). And the extras like the gym, wifi, laundry and the kitchenette worked perfectly. (The Kitchen in the room does not have the utensils)

United States of AmericaThere was stains and the towels, no receptionist after 11. The receptionist who was there at 10pm had her kids in the back and probably wasn't paying attention. We only had TWO pillows total that were extremely uncomfortable. 100% not worth the money spent.

United States of America1. Paper thin walls - you could hear your neighbors and upstairs people very clearly 2. The lack of amenities was ridiculous - no coffee maker, kettle utensils, cups or even Kleenex/paper towel in the room. I have never been to a hotel or extended stay with such a lack of amenities.

TurkeyThe worst hotel experience: 1-the hotel has an electricity problem. All switches had electric issues, and we were full of static electricity during our stay. We couldn't touch anything, even in bed. 2- The tiny, square pillows on the bed seriously hurt our necks.
