We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, the couple in the neighboring room woke me and kept me awake, I knew it was useless to call the office as there is no one there after nine. To make the experience better a coffee bar in the morning would be great however I enjoyed my walk to Starbucks
This was a new establishment and very comfortable, Check in was easy and fast and the desk person was friendly. parking was good and the neighborhood was safe.

It’s clean and rooms are nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable.

Pillows were a little soft for me which would have been ok if they had extra pillows. No hair dryer (note: this is an extended stay motel so I think the assumption is that you pack everything you need ).
Staff great. Rooms were new and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Large refrigerator with freezer. Also had microwave and mini stove. Had free cookies.Good location.. near shopping and restaurants, however not on a busy road

United Arab EmiratesWe as a family were there to attend my son's graduation ceremony at MSU. The distance from the University is very short from the hotel and the location is very prominent with Krogers and Meijers at walking distance. Even Burger king, PF chang's were at a walking distance too. The staff was very good and very helpful. I had to extend my stay due to flight cancellation and the staff, inspite of the hotel being fully booked managed to extend my stay somehow. The front desk staff were very charming, good to talk and very helpful too. I had lost my Government issued ID and upon checking with the reception they went all their way out to locate the same across the premise inside and outside. Luckily I remember having left that at a superstore from where I managed to get back. The rooms were neat and tidy. The inhouse laundry machine services were excellent. Would surely recommend and love to be there again on my next trip.

United States of AmericaSkeleton crew staffing. Stovetop in the "studio kitchenette" didn't work. Was told morning of our second day handyman would come fix. Never did. NONE of the usb ports in the room for charging phones worked. Most concerning, as it is extremely BASIC to what a hotel is and should provide, NEITHER THE HEAT NOR AC WORKED. I repeatedly informed hotel staff of deficiencies, and when wasn't addressed asked for an adjustment at checkout. Was told Manager would call me about it. Never heard. Don't think I would stay again for these reasons.
Price, beds were comfy, and the full size fridge great as I was able to bring my own food and looking forward to cooking for my son. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take advantage of this due to stovetop not working.

United States of AmericaThis was very basic. There weren’t hand towels, only two washcloths and two bath towels. Soap and a small bottle of combined shampoo/conditioner were provided. Only two pillows for the queen size bed. No coffee maker. (You could buy one downstairs.) Nothing in kitchenette- again, you could buy them downstairs. The room temperature control was difficult.
