If I had known that there was no cooking implements for the kitchenette (and perhaps that is tribal knowledge for those who stay at extended stay hotels a lot), I would have stayed elsewhere. I have really learned my lesson here, in seeing what the amenities are before booking and reading other reviews. I guess I take for granted a coffee maker, a toaster, shampoo for the shower, dishes and utensils. It may have been the cheapest in town, but I got exactly what I paid for.

Location was OK for what I needed. I liked the full size refrigerator (even if it was extremely noisy). The hot water was almost instantaneous in the shower bathtub and was really hot. There is throttled free wifi, good for email and general internet surfing, not so good for streaming. I had good 5G cellular connection at this location for streaming.

The receptionist that checked us in was extremely rude and set the atmosphere for the whole stay. Brenda that came in later was entirely different and was very nice. Also the remote control did not work. We only could get the Disney channel. Brenda tried to help us but we never got the tv to work. the shower was also difficult to operate. low pressure. Dog next door barked quite a bit during the stay.

Cleanliness, accessibility. Brenda the receptionist was very personable and helpful.

Even if you clean your room, don’t have guest and keep to your self this company finds an unknown reason to not rent to you any more. It has happened twice but no one can tell you why you’re on the “no rent list”. Poor customer service. How can you be a VIP GUEST at holiday inn but your not good enough for them.

This property was extremely disappointing. Even though I had paid in full, I ended up leaving after being in my room about 10 minutes. I walked in and the window was open (to air out the horrible smell, I guess). The entire room had 2 canned lights in the entrance, but no other lamp or light. The toilet was filthy and stained.

More mature staff

Staff was rude and not helpful. I asked for them to inquire about asking a guest to try to keep their dog a bit quieter. I was told I could move rooms or leave.

Holes patched in wall but not painted to match. Bed not comfortable. No amenities, not enough towels, no shampoo or kitchen supplies, microwave so small couldn’t fit coffee cup in it to heat. Construction in parking lot so everything torn up. Elevator extremely slow such that it was faster to just take stairs. Floor of room was faux wood but not swept clean under bed. Air conditioning unit could not be controlled.

Location was convenient to person we were visiting.

It was so bad we didn't end up staying there. There was roaches in the room spiders..smelled really bad. and was just going to over look all the bad things already just because it was so late but we turned the TV on and only the cvc channel would come on nothing else would work we called and we were literally laughed at.. this was the worst experience of a hotel like I said we demanding our money back and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone..

The foyer smelled. The doors wouldn’t operate properly. The hallway floors were sticky. And the rooms were the nastiest rooms I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve stayed in Hotels in 3rd world countries that didn’t have indoor plumbing that were cleaner than the room I stayed in. There was black caked up dirt between the floor tiles. I won’t even go into the bathroom. This place should be shutdown.

The property was very dirty and disgusting inside and out. There were roaches in the room the smell would knock you out the hole place reeked. I do not recommend this place at all. Thankful I only booked for one night.

Room was nasty. Cockroaches, food in microwave, hair on the bed, soap scum in tub. The place had a bad vibe, looked like and smelled like a hook up joint. We did not stay there.

I was in an abusive relationship with my ex and had my 2 children with me and during my stay here he beat on me and the police were called… we were kicked out the room and they didn’t even give me my money back , knowing we were homeless and trying to find get away and they still refused to give my money back… I slept in the car for 4 days until I found shelter at the Salvation Army a few days ago….

The beds are terrible metal frame with no box springs, and dog hair all over one of the beds. No coffee maker in room. No continental breakfast. TV didn't work.
