    The staff was non existent. We waited 30 min to check in and even the ppl at the customer service number sucked

    The floor was very sticky and dirty. Not even a cup to drink from or even soap for a shower..

    This is not a fancy place. There are no dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. No coffee pot. Thin towels. Just a bare minimum place, but it served our purpose.

    Cheaper rate. The staff were wonderful. It's ok.

    The floor was wet and slippery and I had to throw away my socks. The laminate floor was wet all the time; I assume because it was on concrete and it was very humid.

    No hotel lobby at all. So no where to wait for room to be ready. Asked to use restroom and was told they didn’t have one. Only to see one after our room was ready.

    smelled potent of two forms of smoke. husband wouldn’t let me out of his sight. no tp upon arrival. had to pay an extra charge.

    Our first room was dirty. The blinds had something red spilled on them. There was dirty clothes (underware) behind the bathroom door from the previous occupant. The front desk apologized &moved us to a different room. The bathroom faucet in the new room was covered with makeup. All the lights were overhead. I had to turn off the lights to watch TV.

    * Property was not able to check myself and many other guests in at 3:00 pm, instead making us wait 2.5 hours more and outside in our cars. Then, it seems they clean the single rooms last, so they pretty much take your money if you're a solo traveler and don't even check you in on time, but they don't even give you 10% off your first night? * Room had not been cleaned too well * Bed was not the most comfortable

    The floors could have been cleaner. The toilet ran constantly and the faucet on the tub would not turn off all the way so the water constanly had a small running stream. It also smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallways for a non smoking hotel.

    It was cleaner than most other hotels I have stayed. I liked that it had a laundry facility and a kitchen. The staff was really nice and helpful.

    when we first arrived and went to check in, the person checking us in, claimed we only paid for the first night and still owed another $800 some dollars. I told them this trip was paid in full the day we booked it. he claimed it was not, even though the money was removed from me account the second I hit the book it button. I showed him the amount taken out of my account and the paperwork stating it was paid in full. he looked at it and said that’s not me. that’s booking.com. so after saying I was going to get a hold of booking.com regarding this issue, all of the sudden, he said he made a mistake and that it was paid in full. this was after arguing with him for a while about it. only when I said I’m gonna get a hold of booking.com is when he figured it out. seemed like he just wanted to make some money for himself real quick. he also stated many many times before giving me the key to the room, that the hotel is a smoke free building and that we would be charged $250 if we smoked in the room. this obviously only applies to cigarettes. weed seems to be ok at this hotel. cause the entire stay there, the first floor smelled like weed. stronger at certain times of the day. staff didn’t seem to mind weed being smoked in the rooms. but don’t dare light up a cigarette. the hotel is definitely not as nice as the pictures show it to be. the outside is dirty. trash around the building, and a lot of shady characters hanging around the building 24/7. especially at night. for a women, I wouldn’t recommend going outside alone after dark. shady people hanging around the cars in the parking lot, including your car. walking through the parking lot, and I’m pretty sure I witnessed atleast two drug deals going down in the parking lot. the room when we got in it, wasn’t very clean. the sink had hair and toothpaste all over it. the floor was very dirty. walking barefoot on it, your feet were dirtier after a few steps, then they would be walking through the parking lot barefoot.

    I disliked that the room aren’t refreshed daily with clean towels, and a quick cleaning of the rooms and everything is over priced, for instance charging for a extra blanket $30 or fresh towels $10. Also, there was no coffee Sunday morning although the sign in the lobby states fresh coffee daily 7-10 a.m. it was 10:30 when we departed the hotel, and the offices were still closed shut. the floors to my room were filthy. so filthy that my kids socks have to be replaced because they are so black from the bottom. we noticed them dirty the first 5 min of checking into our room. price is great, but I guess we got what we paid for. we went to get a roll of toilet paper and the attendant told us to use our hand! my husband replied “that’s fine, we’ll use our hands then smear it on the walls”, the attendant surprised by his response then agreed to give us a roll of toilet paper! it’s unfortunate, we travel 3-4 times a month due to our kids baseball traveling baseball teams. after my experience with you all, I’ll stick to Best Western Plus for the same price!

    We were running late for our check-in. We spoke with someone at the hotel who actually called us to see if we were going to make it in time for check-in. We thought that was wonderful, we told her we were running late and we were about 3 hours out. She said that would be okay.She just wanted to make sure so they didn't mark us as a no show and she said have a blessed drive and we'll see you soon.We said okay, When we arrived no one was there, the window was locked, but there was a phone that you Pick up for late checking. When we called, they told us we had been marked as a no-show and there was nothing they couldn't do for us. We had paid for our entire weekend ahead of time, and everything else around us was already closed for check in, It was absolutely horrible.We spoke with michael. Although he tried his best, the only result was there was nothing he could do to help us. Despite the fact that we had already spoken to someone and they assured us. Everything was okay. We ended up sleeping in the car and had to wait until it was early enough for us to check in at another hotel, and luckily, they were kind enough to let us check in that morning rather than having to wait till 3 o'clock because we were out of a room and nowhere to go. Booking reached out, trying to get us our refun, and we got no response. Booking asked us to reach out ourselves to see if we could get our refund. We were told the manager was out sick and she would get back to us as soon as she could. It's been 4 days. I don't think we're going to get our money back on this one.. Thanks to La Quinta, in.. We had a great weekend.

    Rude other customers as heck. The room was dirty from the start, wasn't cleaned properly nor up to code legally inside the studio. The filter needed to be cleaned from the beginning properly with the AC unit and heating unit, ("coils need to be cleaned properly.") the unit's system also needs to be flushed, yet well kept an maintenance properly according to state regulations an C.D.C policies do up hold legally. Nothing was really running correctly nor according as required by an threw state of Florida legal rights an laws. An furthermore workers do have policies, they do have to follow and are under legal contacts through the government, that is run through the state of Florida. I am handicapped accessible, I have those human rights, civil rights, customer rights, and patriots rights, to request a serious refund. (I should have been asked if I needed a handicapped accessible room even if I am only one person.) The second floor,is unrealistic an unreasonable. Nor should I have to leave because of all the illegal activities occurring and reoccurring. None the less, loitering on property to gain access inside is a safety risk with customers on property, customer rights exist, right to have peace of mind exists too while staying there, without causing provoking any harassment onto anybody. Room # 209 is a heck of a problem with intentions to provoke, verbally harass an cause public nuisance with other customers. Knowing better, really is knowing better legally, a refund is honestly, reality and I am requesting for one.
