No TV The table in this room was broken and when you placed weight on it, you thought it was going to fall off. The entire Housekeeping cart was inside the room when I opened the door - at first it was a little frightening upon seeing.

The price was good and made an adjustment to my stay of $10 due to NO TV. The gentleman that checked me in was super friendly and informative. Very apologetic about the Housekeeping cart being in the room and shortly he came to remove it.

The room was dirty had food under the bed and the floor was really dirty. Had white powder on corner of mattresses probably poison for bugs. No shampoo and the room said it had a bed sofa and it didn't.

The area was good. Full size fridge and even had a stove too cook on.

No one was on duty when I arrived to check in. I had to wait an hour til the General manager got someone to come check me in. The attendant that showed up acted like I was disturbing his peace. He wasn't friendly at all. The toilet was stopped up and I had to be moved to another room because they don't have plungers.

The AC didn't work very well. I paid for a upgrade and it's show queen size bed &sofa bed in the room and there was not one when ask about my up grade I was told you have a queen bed tha not what it's show me on the app

I booked the room from Thursday to the 3rd to Thursday the 10th and checked out time was at 11 a.m. on Thursday and the key did not work on Thursday morning as I got back from my job and that was about 2 in the morning on a Thursday so I did not get any sleep

The kitchen cabinets were very old and worn out. Refrigerator and stove were also very old. Room does not match the outside look of the hotel. The inside of the hotel needs a big lift.

the worst experience at this place. we came out to Texas last minute to clean out sister's house, who passed and needed a comfy place to rest our heads after a 14-hour day of work each day from Thursday to Sunday. the beds were atrocious. My child even mentioned it before me, which is pretty bad. I've never been to jail, but they are most likely worse than jail cell beds.

The staff was so helpful pleasant and Veronica especially she treats everyone with such a way that makes you feel as if your talking to a friend but just gives you the first impression to assure you your stay will be pleasant. That is extremely hard to come by these days and really hard to have people still in customer relations or service that treats people with respect nd follows their company rules. The hotel was quiet and I loved it and it always smelled clean also hard to find these days in extended hotels and I have stayed here last year and oh what a change in every way and that’s a 100 percent positive lol the way thanks Veronica for being such a genuine delightful all round person and you are appreciated greatly . The beds are absolutely horrible. The front entrance is absolutely horrible. This experience caused be to never stay at a WoodSpring again.

This place looks like you’re checking into a prison when you walk in the door. The beds are like cots the refrigerators are rusted and look horrible. This room gives you no “cozy” feeling when you walk into it.

It is apparent that this extended stay hotel is currently being renovated. The bottom 1/3 of the drywall is cut out from the main hallway leaving pipes wires and such exposed. They advertised their rooms as "Queen" bed rooms and they only have double size beds, I went back to the desk and requested a Queen and was told that they have nothing larger. As this is an extended stay motel, the room had a kitchenette with small but full size fridge/freezer and a two burner stove. The fridge looked 10 years old and was cleaner on the inside than the out which was pretty gross. The floors in my room, which seemed to be a newish vinyl plank, left black gunk on the bottom of my feet when I went barefoot. The sheets/bedding were clean, but the bed seemed thrown together and was extremely wrinkled and messy. I honestly had to look closely to tell it was more than just spread up from the last guest and there were also only two pillows. I requested more pillows and was told they had pillows but no pillowcases so they couldn't help me. It is no wonder this place was $40 cheaper per night than the other places nearby. If all you want to do is sleep for the night it's not horrible. Perhaps when the renovations are complete it will be better?

Location was perfect. Staff attempted to be accommodating. Although not a queen size bed, it was comfortable for one night. Fresh paint.

Booked the room close to the speedway as I was working the races and a an hour prior to check in I get a call saying my room is canceled due to a water break that was busted days prior. I than was stuck having to find a new room paying over double cuz it was last min. Poor communication
