You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was pretty clean. Handicap accessibility was great. Nice for an extended stay although I had dinner out with a friend.

United States of AmericaI did not get the information within the reservation that there is no counter service for the check-in opened after 5:PM... you have to give a call to someone that has to come downstairs and do the paperwork for your check in... we arrived at 7:00 PM - which was no big deal but I cannot imagine having to call someone in the middle of the night. Perhaps the hotel should be more clear about that or let available a QR code and a key box for a late check-in.
The hotel is spotless - beds are extremely comfy and the size of the room is quite big - 2 queen beds, pillows, blankets, sheets with high quality.

United States of AmericaYou're parking at your own risk. There's no piece of mind because after office hours there is no staff there. Staff doesn't explain the parking risk factors and that you are responsible if something happens to your vehicle on their property and that you are parking at your own risk. There are cameras, but that's not good enough, in my opinion, because there's still people lingering around the parking lot at night. I doubt we will come back to this hotel. It's nice and all but there's no staff and no breakfast in the morning.

United States of AmericaWhen we got there, nobody was around for check in. I used the phone to call them, but it took 10 minutes for someone to get to us. Once he arrived he didn't seem apologetic at all for making us wait so long, so that was frustrating.
I liked the proximity to the city, so that we could get to wherever we were going pretty quickly. I also liked that the room was clean and I felt like it was put together nicely for our stay. It was overall a good stay!
