We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

No I tried to contact the property to let them know my change plans that changed. Could not contact them so I went through the agency that I booked them through to let them know that I would be there on Saturday and not Friday. They still charged me for that Friday and cancel my appointment for this Saturday. And did not refund my money. Bad business I do not recommend this property for anyone that's looking for a decent place to stay pthing

United States of AmericaThe luggage carts are falling apart. The rooms have rusted refrigerators. I am currently in a room that has no garbage pail, no ice trays, hooks sticking out on the walls, filthy blinds, disintegrating faucets, and paint on the floors. I have been here a month, going home on weekends and returning on Sunday night. Every room is an adventure. I try to get the same room, but that does not always happen. The hallways reek of marijuana.
The only thing going for this place is the exceptional staff. Every one of them is willing to help- especially Ivanna. The staff does the best they can with what they have, which is not much.

United States of AmericaMade clear to me by staff/manager this was not a hotel- it was extended stay. Had to argue to get a third towel for the third person in room. No housekeeping for room/towel exchange except every 2 weeks. Must wash towels at laundry mat between. Smoking outside only but most did right at door. Or Vaped inside including in the elevator. LOTS of permanent residents. Room was outdated, dark (not at all bright like the website photos) and patched holes in wall where pictures once were. It had more of a cot for a bed frame, fridge was stained/ dirty on top, kitchen unfurnished (did not know before I went so I had to purchase while there- no pots, pans, dishes), microwave plate was not correct plate and jumped the track every time. If you just need somewhere to lay your head at night or you need somewhere cheap until a more permanent solution- this may be it. Otherwise ignore the word “hotel” in the name.
Convenience to 295, shopping, UNF Housekeeping staff friendly always smiling. Could not hear outside noise.
