I didn’t like that the front desk was not available 24/7. Just feels safer when staff is on hand. There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom which made it more difficult to get ready. There was a gap between the door frame and the door which allowed room for someone to look inside our room. And we could also hear a lot of noise in the hallway due to this gap.

Mostly the price and location as we were in town for a graduation at ETSU.

The manager Mrs. Moore. I didn't have hot water for 4 days and she refunded some people. I wasn't one. I didn't want refund for the week I stay only a free night. Also she yelled at me like I was a child when I was trying to tell her they double charged me. WTF? She was wrong and didn't want to admit it. Kept telling me 1 payment was pending when clearly on my statement payment posted. Beware of them charges there. make sure to look at statement, even weeks after. And report Moore azz if she disrespect you!!!!

It smelled like weed and sewage for the last 2 days of our stay. And there were some shady people standing around outside the doors making it very uncomfortable to leave or come back in.

No breakfast . No remote control for tv when we got to room. Light switch mixed up had a hard time getting it figured out to have a light on in bathroom. Then only one of the lights worked . No cabinet doors above stove in kitchen area, didn't look very nice. Rubber seal on refrigerator door needs to be replaced. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Stephanie the manager told my husband when he went downstairs to get remote control she would give us a discount which we didn't receive. Over all it was a pretty nice place to stay .

There was no breakfast and although we did have a few things that needed maintenance on it was a clean room and comfortable beds.

we loved the spacious rooms with kitchenettes included. Bed was small (but okay for 2 people) so we upgraded to a 2 bed room, which seemed to be even larger !

The desk clerk was very rude. I have had hip surgery and she was gonna put us on the 4th floor after I put in a special request. Also she had a terrible aditude when we asked her questions. This was the night clerk. Day staff was excellent Also the people over us on the 2nd floor was very noisy all hours of the night and day.

We were on the first floor and close to our vehicle.

I really can't complain....it could have been a little cheaper. Downloading a VPN before I booked dropped the price by like $15 so that was cool.

People including staff and guests were great. Room was great, so was the pool...a bit warm though...yet it is inside so...

Within the first 10 minutes of getting in our room we saw live roaches…. The desk drawer had actual dirt particles like a good handful of junk in it. The floor of the bathroom wasn’t swept & under neath the bed sheets on the mattress also had weird particles of stuff on it. The sheets I said seemingly was clean but they was wrinkled.. that’s not what hotels are normally like at all. We sprayed rubbing alcohol on the sheets, inside & on top of our beds before we got in them. Also having to pay $5 for wifi because the regular wifi only allows ONE device per room??? Never ever heard of such. & $5 was only because we stayed one night. Otherwise it was $10 for a week for 3 devices. AND lastly, you only got 1 hotel card. There was 3 people staying in my room & we wanted another one but it was $5 for an extra hotel card… like also.. what??? I’ve always gotten 2 hotel keys for any hotel I’ve stayed at even if it was just me, or 4 people to a room.
