Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

As soon as we got settled we got a knock on the door asking us to turn our tv volume down. We had just turned the tv on and it wasn’t up loudly whatsoever, but we did as asked to be courteous. All through out the night we could hear stomping and loud noises the way until our alarms went off in the morning. I think all guests should be held to the same expectations. Especially during late hours of the night when most guests are sleeping.
The price was very reasonable for a last minute booking.

Hostel vibe...... I felt like I was checking to a crazy party hostel but was not the case at all thank goodness. But yes it definitely has a weird unnerving hostel vibe when you first get there.
Very quiet surprisingly and the staff were super friendly!

A fellow guest stuck a note on my vehicle bc it WAS leaking gas, heavy emphasis on was, and it told me to leave the property which REALLY threw me off, I was pissed. I talked to the staff about it and he was extremely helpful, I never caught his name unfortunately, but he talked to his manager and we figured out it was a guest that taped the note to my car and not a staff member ((:
The ac was a God sin after a full day at worlds of fun top tier also the shower pressure was phenomenal

The smell was not pleasant upon entering the building, we also had a live bug crawling across the bathroom floor at night. I was not comfortable staying here.

- room could be cleaner - the but: no cutlery, no dishes, no pots or pans in an apartment with kitchenette. That doesn't make sense and while booking there was no indication. - also no coffee machine or coffee maker. - dish-and-pot set can normally be purchased, but war out of stock. Coffee maker can purchased as well.
It does come with a kitchenette, yes, but...(see cons)

The back door dis not lock and people were literally running in and out all night. The hallway I stayed in smelled so strong of marijuanna. They kept my deposit saying we smoked in the room. We never smoked in the room, we had 4 children 5 yrs old and younger with us so we definitely DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. I don’t smoke in my house or vehicle so I definitely don’t smoke where I’m not supposed to. I’m too old for that. I’ve also never lost a deposit through Woodsprings Hotels that I always stay at. I guess this was my last stay there though. I’ll find another hotel to stay at that is honest. This location seems to take advantage of out of town guests but I’m originally from KC MO
They did not serve breakfast. I liked the room set up

the floors in the rooms were dirty. my feet were black from walking on the linoleum planks that seem to not have been mopped in a super long time. our mattress liners were very dirty on one of the beds. Not enough toiletries or towels for more than one person. even tho there is a kitchenette, there is no cookware or utensils.
it was in a quiet area and the rooms were big.

There was an unexpected $100 deposit at check in on top of room charge due at checkin. Could not watch TV because there wasn’t a signal to anything

I didn’t like the fact that there were no utensils pots or pans dishes that could be rented or used. There was a refrigerator and stove inside of the wrong which was awesome but without having things to cook with it sucked.

That I was not aware of the security deposit until I checked in at the place. That should really be apart of booking.com policy to let people know when booking.

Cockroach crawling out of A/C unit, beer caps under bed, feet were black after walking in the room barefoot, toilet ran all night and beds were full sized and not queen.

The check in process took quite awhile. We arrived at 2:45pm, the employee very hastily said rooms were not ready until 3pm. Didn't even check to see if mine may have been ready already. Came back at 3pm and there were 5 ppl in line trying to check in and they only have a tiny room for a lobby and small hallway to wait in.
Room was clean, beds were comfy.

You can here the traffic and trains all through the night the office hours are weird there is not a person at the desk at all times.
