We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt was not a cozy atmosphere. There had not been a comforter just sheets. The bed did not have a fitted sheet. No complementary shampoo. The wifi was not free. There was a request for payment of services after signing in.
It had a full-size fridge. A tv with great service.

United States of AmericaNo coffee pot in room or on site. Had to go buy coffee pot and supplies. Only 3 pillows on bed. Had to go buy pillows. Only a sheet and a cover on the bed was the same thickness as a sheet. Had to go buy a quilt. As far as linens you get exactly 2 towels and 2 washclothes. According to the sign at the front desk if you needed more, you had to pay extra. Would have been cheaper to stay somewhere else. Also it is a non-smoking facility, but was very “herbal” smelling inside.

United States of Americadirtiness lack of working for a company needs potential also the guy manager was rude as hell don't care about the property just cares about the money and people paying, when a person like thatt lacks the meaning of careless the employees well act the same way . the lady manager sems to really care for the property and they dont have housemen's cleaning the property management is rude ask just like the owner the lady's there have more respect and care for the please needs some strict rules and new supplies to cleaning and items for the rooms like towels hygiene etc.
nice staff for the most part of the stay the ladys or nice some or just work and can care less but i wouldnt mind taken the spot of cleaning the building and maintaining the cleanig ness . fyi i was the one that cleaned up the batthroom and the front lobby area. your welcome

United States of AmericaDidn't tell me until I arrived and spoke to get twice coming in and out the office that I had to pay with a card so they made me walk all the way to the nearest Walmart to put money on my card n walk back then pay on to of that she couldn't find my reservation for like twenty min making me wait n be out in the cold it was not right at all..

United States of AmericaArrived around 7:30 pm after day of touring, only to be told the elevator is broken and your room is on the 3rd floor. Not the best news for a 63 and 70 year old. What was worst was the security door at the end of the building which was designed to allow a key entrance also was not working. So could only be used to exit.

United States of AmericaThe people next to was letting their kids scream and kick the wall starting at 7am. Right when we were putting our coats on to leave and check out, the lady from the front desk started knocking on our door at exactly 11:00am with clip board in hand to see if we were ready to leave, and if not, was going to charge us $25. I've stayed at countless hotels in my life, and this was the 1st time I've EVER experienced anything like that. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous.
The price was great and close to the highway.

United States of AmericaOur first room had mold all over the HVAC unit. It was nasty. I alerted the front desk that someone spilled a shake in the elevator. Someone jumped up immediately and went and mopped it. It was just smeared around the elevator and it was really hot so the elevator was sticky and smelled.like spoiled milk.
The gentleman that checked us in and helped us check in was helpful and kind.

No coffee maker, iron/ironing board, staff is at front desk for limited time (7 am to 3 pm) There was no TV remote control in room, had to call for one to be brought to room. Elevator was dirty/smelly.

The bathtub drain was plugged, the water wasn't draining at all and horrible towels. The room was clean but the smells of cigarette 🚬 and bed was comfortable.

The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would've liked a couple more pillows and towels, but everything else was great. A great value for a last minute decision to get a hotel for the night, instead of trying to travel home to Clarksville TN when I was tired. I was able to get the much needed rest and I made it home safely the next morning.
