The room was super dirty. Piles of dirt in the corners, boogers on the wall, nasty shower and a cockroach in the kitchen. The staff were wonderful but the place I clearly understaffed.

The facilities were worn down and old. The bed sheets smelled clean but had cigarette burns and stains all over them. No coffee pot.

The cost of the room. The Suze of the room was great. The refrigerator and microwave worked great. The shower was good and hot.

The hotel was run down. Although the entire hallway I was on was non smoking, that was all you could smell. The room was kind of clean, but there were dead smashed bugs on the wall and I noticed that the smoke detector had been tampered with by cramming toilet tissue in it. I did not feel safe at the hotel at all.

It was a place to sleep, but for the price and condition of the hotel it was a complete and utter disappointment

It was dirty in the corners of the room and on the floor. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room by the elevator we could hear up and down all night. I did request bottom floor. Our room was facing the loop 289 and traffic all night. Just not a pleasant stay. If we kept the air on all night long it did help.

The toilet paper was very scratchy and the bathroom could've used more cleaning. Also, a half drank Dr. Pepper was in the refrigerator.

I loved the fact that we had a kitchen we could've used...if we had more time. The bed was simple, but very comfortable. The air conditioner was already on when we arrived and the room was a comfortable temperature.

One staff was very disrespectful. She would confront guests infront of other guests. If you upset her in anyway she would nitpick and harass you for any lil thing she didn’t like. She had a problem with my son and said he dressed thuggish so she didn’t want him on property. Then she called me a liar on several occasions. The maintenance man is not honest at all. I went out to run errands and came back an hr and a half later and this lady tells me they have to inspect my room and then they threw a fit over me having my friend in room while I was out to watch my dog. Then said I had to move out the next day by 11 am. So the next day I was asked about the maintenance man talkin to me about fire alarm twice when he had never been in my room since I moved in. But they will be hateful if you don’t follow rules and such but when it comes to staff setting the example they fall short horribly. They are definitely in need of some major help over there and fire the rude worker and let that maintenance worker go. He can’t do a sufficient job at all especially when he is going around lying on people. Also before y’all call the police on people y’all need to be adults and tell people that y’all don’t want them there anymore. Not just call the police. I was in the restroom early one morning and my friend stopped by to pick up some clothes I got for him and since I was using the restroom I could not answer but I asked him to wait and then the lady who was working the office started yelling at my guest saying that he couldn’t loiter in the hallways. When my friend was trying to explain what was happening this lady demanded that he get off property. After my friend left property no one said nothing to me. When I was getting ready to go downstairs to pay rent and smoke a cig there was a knock at the door. So I answered it and there were 3-4 police officers at my door telling me that I had to move out and that I was criminally trespassed from property. Do not rent!

Well the only thing I liked was the quietness at night. I also liked the locked doors especially at night
