Very good staff. Staff was able to divert me from having to go to a room and staying at a place, that they obviously saw, was a place that I was not expecting.

The area was a little rough, but everyone was nice. Police were called for some disturbance due to homeless person.

We were driving through and needed a place just to sleep and pet friendly. It was clean. The receptionist was great.

Bed sucked, no doors on cabinets,no coffee seriously?, guy hanging out in lobby asking me a bunch of questions and lady checking me in didn’t seem to care. In fact as I walked by some 20 minutes later he was still there. She obviously knew him.

Staff was warm and welcoming. Always smiling and willing to do whatever needed to ensure my needs. Felt very safe because of the guest key entry to the building staff was amazing

We had to try to reschedule last minute. I sent an email through booking.com, then the staff called around the time of my original reservation. I explained the situation, they cut me off several times and then just said we have a cancellation fee that we will charge you. I tried to explain that I didn’t need to cancel, just reschedule, they wouldn’t hear it, so we just paid $68 to a hotel we didn’t stay at, had a very rude representative call us and not listen to our problem.

Staff was knowledgeable of basic things. Towels and wash clothes and things of that nature were not available when needed. Facilities did not look safe at all. Lights in the room didn’t work. Toilet seat completely separated from toilet.

The staff was unwilling to help. My reservation was cancelled at midnight so when I arrived to check in after traveling for hours. I was told my room was unavailable because my reservation was cancelled and my card was charged for the room. The employee at wood spring advised me that she had another room but I would have to pay $75 for this room and still be charged for the room I had reserved. I will not ever book another stay through this website or with wood spring suites.

It was a little loud at night above our room. But this was to be expected. We were there during the state wrestling tournament. And boys will be boys

The property manager was extremely nice and professional. The room I selected by error was only one queen, I needed two beds being that my son was with us. They moved us immediately to a double bed room free of charge. They greeted us every time we passed in the hall as well. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

My room had no light fixtures. The room appeared to be under construction or remodeling.

I booked/reserved a room for a 1 night stay. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay because my room had no light fixtures in the ceiling. The only light that was working was the bathroom light. Surely that's not enough light for anyone. Unfortunately, there were no more rooms available for me to transfer to, therefore I had to cancel my entire reservation. Thankfully I was refunded. Luckily I was able to find another room that night at a different hotel.

We secured a room on Hotel.com, and when we got to the hotel, they said they had no rooms available. We had to leave and try to get a room somewhere else. When we asked them to mark our reservation as canceled by them , they said they could not do that. Just very rude.
