We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

First 2 days was terrible. They put me in a sigle bed room instead of double room. The room assigned to me had a lock issue. Danny was very understanding and did his best to remedy my problem. I liked mostof the staff. I also liked the comfort of the beds.

United States of AmericaOnly one pillow and not in-room mirror. Our sink was clogged but we didnt tell the front desk as we had another in our room. Only bar soap toiletries.
Location was fine and the check in process was easy enough. I enjoyed the large kitchen with fridge and freezer, perfect for frozen meals. WiFI, just the free option was very strong. The desk even gave us a 30 minute reminder call before check out.

United States of Americathe pillows are so bad they are small and so lightweight like a sack of air. very uncomfortable. there was no toilet paper in the room and only two towels for a four person room. they wouldn’t give us any more towels without us carrying our two wet towels down to the desk. ridiculous. no coffee or breakfast. lobby restroom was out of order. bad stink on first floor.

My wife and I have to wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes for the tub to fill up with water to take a bath because of the water pressure. No possible way to take a shower due to water pressure.

The room was filthy. Had roaches on wall and in bath tub. No coffee maker and microwave filter was caked with filth. Mold on tub area too. Staines on pillow cases. I have pictures to prove what I say. They took advantage of a 84 year old man with stage 3 cancer patient. He stayed only 1 night and they charged him for a week. I want the remainder bill refunded. His name was Donald KATZENBERGER stayed September 28th.

United States of AmericaI already typed an explanation once which got deleted but I feel that this establishment does need this review so here goes again.. the front desk agent was the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever experienced at a hotel. She really needs to find another job that is not in the Hospitality industry!! I arrived at 2:45 p.m. hoping to check in a little earlier than the 3:00 p.m. check-in time but that was absolutely not possible and to make matters worse I had to wait an extra 2 hours to check in, which made my check in time 5:00 p.m.I asked to stay a little longer the next morning(Late check-out) and I was told NO, even though I had to wait 2 hours to get in my room!!! WHAT A LOAD OF BS! EVEN THE MANAGER WAS UNSYMPATHETIC TO THE SITUATION, BUT YET HE HAD HOPED THAT I WOULD EXTEND MY STAY?!?!?! Ha Ha Ha! I did NOT! THE FRONT DESK AGENT LIED ABOUT THE REASONS I COULD NOT CHECK INTO MY ROOM I FOUND THIS OUT AFTER THE MANAGER CAME UP TO THE FRONT DESK AND MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS A FLOOD ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR OF THE HOTEL. My room was on the 4th floor so go figure why I couldn't get into my room on time?*!?*! I will never stay at this place again and I suggest anyone else to stay far away as well.
