We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Dryers need to be replaced spend to much money and clothes still no dry
The hotel has great accommodations. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Security is on point . Love that every door is shut and you have to be registered in order to come in and out . No like other locations where the stairs door where left open for anyone to enter.

Breakfast advertised but did not have one. Requested first floor. Received a text saying they could accommodate it. When I got there it was not available. The staff member did everything she could but was just not available. Traveling with a pet first floor is much easier.
The room was spotless. The staff very friendly. They do have people living there. They were very courteous. May want to let people know ahead of time that others live there. Since Covid, I have seen this a few times. They seem to be stricter on the rules than other places at this location. I would stay again.

The first room I was given was a disaster. The only thing on the bed was the mattress protector. A large trash bag just sitting on the floor. And the window was open which was odd.
Friendly Staff, Decent Price And Close Proximity To Atlanta Motor Speedway. And felt very secure with only guests with a key card were allowed access.

The tub didn't drain properly. The tub is too high. My 75 year old mother slipped and fell getting out of the shower.
The front desk clerk is perfect for the hospitality industry. Very nice, polite, and made sure she gave the needed details and information.

Rooms were small. They are also very close to I75. The noise from the Interstate (trucks mainly) kept me up a lot. Also the parking lot it's ALWAYS FULL. There's always people outside sitting in their cars. I felt unsafe outside at night.

Parking was a hassle. Very full, over crowded. Also during my 3 day stay police showed up at least 3 times. Throughout the night random smells of smoke (not tobacco) would enter my room through vents. Also hallways reeked of same substance. Made for a horrible stay.
Location was great. Clean rooms. Front desk did a great job of maintaining privacy/security.

There could have been cookware, dishes, and cutlery. There was no starter shampoo and such in the bathroom and not dish and such in the kitchen area. Also at approximately 4:55 AM the alarm went off in my room which totally disrupted my sleep and started off my Monday with a horrible headache.
This was an extended stay room with no cookware, plates, or utensils. It was suggested that we go to Walmart. I stayed here because it was an extended stay to avoid having to eat out my entire vacation.

The room was not as clean as we'd like. The floors needed to be swept and mopped and the inside of some of the drawers had dried sugary drinks in them.

Fluffier pillows and the fact there was an old ketchup stain under the side of the table that worked my OCD. Other than that my room was clean.
