Walls are paper thin , we had to be moved after the first night the neighbors must’ve had a party that lasted till after 2 am, no enforced rules on smoking of any kind, the smell of marijuana was throughout the building and it showed from the likes of the guest.

Location, close to stores and businesses.

Pets owners on the same floor as no pet owners, barking late in the mornings. Kids running over your head n kicking the walls at night. Holes in the doors, frame need to be dust under mattress. Someone beating on ur door complaining ur in their room.Only one set of towels for two people 1/2roll of tissue. No chairs to set n eat should be at least two chairs.Having to pay for cooking utensils.

The front desk staff was friendly. Responds to your calls in a timely manner.

The check in process was ridiculous. There was no one working the front desk and we had to wait for home for like 10 minutes to come down from his room lol and while waiting the “maintenance man “ was just standing around up front looking at us weird. then there is no ice machine and the vending machines didn’t work. Pretty much you guys need to focus more on the customer it’s not an apartment complex it’s a hotel you want ppl to stay at it should be inviting and welcoming and it’s far from that

The sink in the bathroom was clogged up it went down real slow and then at the bottom of the toilet was urine, which means someone didn't clean up the room as well as they should have.

Like how neat the place was and that they allow me to check in early without charging me an extra fee.

Cop parked out front. Key access from front desk to rooms? Why? Broken, as in literally flopping around faucet in bathroom. Floor was dirty. Clock didn't work, usb didn't work. Noisy, people up and loud at 3am, in hall and room above us and outside. Would be nice if they did some maintenance. Sliver of soap provided.

Bed was comfortable. AC worked.

we asked for a late checkout upon check in, but when 10am came, someone kept knocking on our door saying make sure we were out by 11… an entire hour of “reminders” even though we were ok’d on check in to leave at noon. we did tell the person who kept knocking, that we were ok’d at check in to leave at noon, she said no, you need to leave by 11

this has been our favorite hotel until this visit. the check in staff were nice

The sheets didn't appear to be clean. There was hair as soon as I pulled the sheets down. I stay here all the time for work, and this isn't typically an issue. The room needed to be touched up with paint. It just seemed like maybe someone had stayed in the room for a while.

The location, it is quiet, the price is good.

I didn't have towels in my room. 2 wash cloths and the one for the floor. Whoever cleaned the room and stocked I feel just left it how it was after the previous guest's stay. I say this because of having no towels, the shampoo bottle was half used. I stay here weekly and have just noticed this in the past couple of weeks..bc my last stay there were no towels or wash cloths at all.

Staff is always friendly, excellent rate. The young lady (I should know her name) at the front desk knew my name, she reserved me a room for my upcoming stay for the weekend. The room is spacious and the hotel is overall peaceful and quiet. It is conveniently located and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

I moved in and filled the fridge/freezer for the week. Freezer melted all my prepped lunches and dinners. The guy at desk brought me a new fridge but I had to clean out the old one first. I lost most of my nutrition for the first week. I asked what could be done to make up for this and was told I would be “comped” a night’s stay. Big deal!! Never got that! Then I came back at 10 o’clock at night from a weekend away to a flood in my bathroom- . I had to move all my things to a new room. The key did not work next day to the new room!! AGAIN-NO COMPENSATION!! There was 3 of us in separate rooms staying 5 wks. Just expected more!! Also reported door lock not working day 1-never fixed!! I said we didn’t feel safe. People propping open door all hours of nite! I don’t think I was expecting too much, do you?

There was no breakfast. Coffee started later than anyone could take advantage of before work at 7am. Our nurse travel web site said good things but not my experience.
