You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This hotel has great staff and the rooms are clean. This is a good long stay hotel, and I really like that they have a smoke free hotel. Lots of parking. Its easy to get to most places, by car.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping never came to my room, so I had to do the cleaning l. i never got a change of towels or sheets. Doors were heavy so unless you were conscious of letting it close gently, you could hear door slams through the wall.
The staff are super nice. Rooms have everything you need. Laundry on site is definitely a plus. I stayed for 2 weeks while I was on a job/apartment hunt and it was perfect for a lengthier stay.

United States of AmericaWe were going to give this a really good review. Unfortunately, the last night the fire alarm went off after a hot shower around 8-9ish. It would not go off after fanning. Called the after hours number (anything after 7 is considered after hours) with no answer. Husband went down to use the phone that guests checking in after hours with. No answer. Finally had to call the fire department after no responses for over 30 minutes. Fire department showed up and couldn't do anything because of the front desk being closed. Finally when the fire department was about to leave b/c they couldn't do anything, the front desk person showed up. This is a bit of red flag for what could have been a real emergency and lack of response. It was obviously also super annoying that our dogs, us and any neighboring rooms had to listen to the loud alarm for almost an hour. It was a rough last night to say the least. The front desk guy did say that it happens a lot so maybe this is something that should be addressed?
The room was big and clean. The staff was mostly friendly. The facility was also very clean. We always saw them cleaning the floors and it smelled clean.
