Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I stayed til Christmas Day and then left to be with family. No one was at front desk to check out so I left. The following working day I was charged an extra day. I reached out to Dorthy the “manager” I was told, but have not received any call backs. I have reached out multiple times.

The employees was the cop for towels they don't want to give me more towels they said mines were damaged they were not damaged one had little dirt on it but that's the one that goes on the floor there's dirt in the floor it pissed me off real real bad that they didn't want to give me towels and when I was staying there for a month

The first few days I heard workers banging and fixing the electrical above my room. Also, I had to wipe down most of all of the surfaces in my room because they were so filthy. The window was also left open for the first night I was there and didn’t notice till the second day. And on my last nights I heard someone who stayed next door screaming and banging on the walls all night long. I was told while I was checking out that this man had epilepsy however it still inconvenienced my sleep/peace the last few days of my stay. The management was so friendly and they let me check in a few hours early so those are the good things.
Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of hotel on streets.

the room i was first assigned had flushing issues, the refrigerator nasty with lots of corrosion, the microwave with corrosion, and unsanitary to even use. The second room assigned was much better and adapted to my needs. It met ADA regulations. The downside no room service
there is nothing to like. A place without room service, no place to discard trash, clogged toilet, not the best. the only responsible is booking.com for sponsoring this type of venues. I even lost revenue and reservations were a fiasco.

No one at the deck to check out early this morning Left card keys in room and I ask for extra towel had to leave it there to instead of returning it.

I didn't like that housekeeping didn't bring us towels since we were there 2 nights, they didn't even bother knocking on our door. Also i at least thought we would have had a coffee maker in our room, but we didn't. Oh yeah there was roaches in our room. The 1st room they put us in 1 of the beds sunk down on 1 side so they moved us across to that room, the beds were better, but there was roaches.
I liked the location, very convenient. The staff was friendly.

No breakfast included despite the reservation said it was included. The lobby was closed by the time we arrived, 500 number never answered. I believe most of these issues, except the 500 #, are more on the information in the Bookings' site rather than the hotel's but those details had given us a better experience. So, in order to avoid surprises, please remove the breakfast offer and truly encourage to tell the check in time if people is going to arrive after hours. Additionally, this is a long stay hotel, it has a kitchen. You can cook but you have to buy/request your kits to cook and eat and they are available only at business hours.

Everything other than the location. Only ONE of the front desk employees was great! The others were very aggressive and arrogant. I don't enjoy being met with sarcasm when there is a problem with the room. The room was a MESS, which led my fiance and I to go buy our own cleaning supplies. Overall a horrible stay and hotel. Also the elevator needs to be looked at before someone gets hurt or worse from using it.

First foremost front desk employee was really never available ,we also were told we couldn’t have towels we was told that we had to wash our own towels to reuse , the water in the shower was nothing but droplets the bed was uncomfortable
