Grab & Go breakfast was either a muffin OR a pack of oatmeal (with staff allowing only ONE muffin per paying guest)so plan accordingly. Kitchen kits have NEVER BEEN READY and we have stayed here twice with plans to cook, so we ended up having to eat out as we never got it the entire multi day stay.

I requested a foam pillow in advance, I received a confirmation email that my request could be granted. Then there was no foam pillow. The breakfast is sad. Pre packaged muffins, granola bars and granola. The hotel sites should not even say “breakfast included”.

Halls smelled of various kinds of smoke and too many dogs barking. Room had not been made up. Host seemed annoyed with us requesting a new room. Second room was good, though wifi failed shortly after arrival and we had to sit on the floor in the hall by the elevator to address some important online reservations.

Good price, bed was comfortable. Room was clean (hallways less so). Host at the desk during our departure was delightful.

The front desk person ignored us for a good 10-15 minutes after I rang the first bell. She only came out after I rang it again. There were two other guests waiting in the lobby. The room smelled like cigarette. We also found other people's hair on the floor and a few stuck in the fresh towels. The tv wasn't working. We asked the staff how to operate the TV and the staff didn't know how to operate it either. The internet reception in that area is really poor; hotel internet was slow, too. The shower was soft water and hard to wash the soap off.

The fridge was full size. There was a kitchen stove top and a kitchen sink. The room is spcaious. Came with a ironing board and iron. There was also a couch.

My room was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty the microwave and the shower. The microwave did not work and there was a very foul odor in the hallway. When I called the front desk to complain he got an attitude and told me to call the manager. The lamps was broken as well. My sister's room had a foul smell and was not clean. The least the hotel could do is provide a clean room while charging $100 per night.

I reserved my stay several months ago when I arrived at the hotel I was told My reservation got cancelled. After I communicated my concerns to the manager his response was very dismissive he gave the impression he did not care and did not offer any help to make the situation even better. I was very disappointed and frustrated at the fact no one was able to offer me an alternative or any empathy on the situation.

I booked through Priceline, who punted my booking to Booking.com, who then charged me more money than my original booking. Both companies make it hard to resolve virtually. Priceline says it is for Booking.com to deal with (although the booking was with them), and Booking.com makes it impossible to chat virtually if your stay has concluded. I don't want to waste more time calling them and going through the phone tree only to be told to call the property instead. I'm disappointed in Priceline's customer service model which is not helpful and puts the onus on the customer to chase things. The hotel was fine enough, nothing spectacular but not bad, and was a secure space to rest my head on my drive.

There is nothing to dislike. Would happily stay again when in the area.

Staff friendly to all customers made sure rooms were properly set up. I was pleasantly surprised with the heated floors in the room.

The front desk staff are horrible.

The location is convenient and the rooms are comfortable. The staff however are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Apart from the maintenance man, the woman at the front desk act as tho they are doing you a favor letting you stay at the hotel. I am a mother and I have two small children with me and I expect, like any other person, to book a hotel room and be treated like a guest. That is not the case at this location.
