Desk clerk did not have any hospitality skills. She was purely functionary. The room wasn't really clean. Fixtures appeared worn. I am a former hotel general manager. I know what it should look like.

I reserved a smoking room almost a week in advance but was put in a non-smoking room with no notice. I would have stayed at a different place if I had known.

Their is bugs and roaches is the room, the shower don't drain fast...all soap residue settled around the tub, their is ghetto trash that stayed there as their home, big dogs and ghetto people is a bad mix....and the final straw that made this place horrible is all through the night you hear people running up and down the hall. If you planned on staying there...housekeeping changed out towels as requested and they cleaned room 1 every 2 weeks 👀

Beds were like military boot camp barracks !! See pic Tv did not work . No phone in room for emergency ! Tub / shower toilet area dirty. No bath due to no stopper and drain very fiflthy! Shower curtain and rod missing ! Roaches!! No extra pillow or single blanket available . No soap no toilet paper in room ? Fee for pet was not the quoted $25 but increased to $200 !! After booking I personally called the hotel to be sure it was pet friendly and quoted $25. !! At $200 I would have canceled reservations

A housekeeper left the cleaning items in the room,when I checked in. The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. The price was not worth it

I booked a reservation and called a few hours later to ask for a first floor room since my son was on crutches. The MOD told me they couldn’t accommodate me because they were oversold due to a water leak. That story later turned into they were over sold due to renovations taking place. I asked for the GMs contact info and was put on hold while they checked. 5 minutes later I was “disconnected”. I called back and was put on hold again then “disconnected” again. I called back and was told the person I was originally speaking with was with another guest, yet when I called back from a different number she answered. Horrible service. Your hotel chose not to honor the reservation I booked and the staff acted as if I was the issue. No apologies, no offer to find an alternative hotel option, no service whatsoever. The “water leak and renovations” stories were BS because the hotel still had inventory loaded on their website for a Saturday check in even after they told me they were supposedly sold out. I’ve worked in hotels as a front desk manager and GM for over 20 years. I’m pretty sure my reservation was not honored because it was a lower rate 1 night stay. I seriously doubt they didn’t have any room available.

The roaches was bad in the room but they did sent someone out to spray for them and I wish they had a lobby with computer room n breakfast that would be perfect

It's so dirty. full of cockroaches. It smells bad, and it's uncomfortable because the office is closed in the evening. On the last day, the heater broke down, so I was told to wait until morning, so I slept with my coat on

unsanitary. unsafe. it smelled horrible. there were fresh stains on the floors, walls, and furniture. the staff was misleading and then rude once i asked for a refund.

this was the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. i checked in, looked around for 10 minutes and then immediately checked out. the staff misled me before entering the room by saying it was ‘under renovation’. the room was so unclean that it was unsanitary. it was also unsafe - the maintenance person who let me into my room found me on an app and propositioned me and sent nude pictures of himself to me. this person literally has a key to the room i’m staying in. the hotel has also refused to refund the room and i’m in a dispute with them and with booking.com who are also not the greatest at fixing a problem with a hotel that was advertised on their app. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
