You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaWe try to stay there at least 4 or 5 days out of the week and in the past we've had good service and no complaints anything. But this last time I was highly upset when I was bluntly asked if we smoked in the room when the staff clearly on camera when we go outside to smoke. I've never ever smoked in the rooms but for the manager to just believe another staff without investigating really really upsets me. Then the manager states she will be inspecting our room right after I extended another and paid for it. After I stated we know better than to smoke in our rooms, I went to my room and stayed their all day because the manager said she would be inspecting our room. I wanted to make sure I was there when they inspected our room and to ask why would the other staff member assumed we smoked in our room and what proof did that staff member have that we smoked in the room. Other than being pinpointed about us smoking in our room things have been good, well at least I thought they were good until this last issue.

United States of AmericaThe smell in the hallways reaked of weed everyday, the elevator was dirty all 3 days smelled like wet dog, nasty fish, the highway noise was horrible, sliding chairs was annoying from other rooms, no carpet in rooms, shades did not block out street lights was very hard to sleep, you only got 2 towels for your entire stay unless you went to front desk, (there were 2 of us with long hair) only 1 tiny bar of soap period, no shampoo, maid would not give you any towels, and it was the first motel I ever stayed in where there was NO ice for the guest, the fridge was like a hundred years old had rust on it, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the floors were dirty. Would not recommend to anyone and will not ever stay there again!
