There were bugs in our room and people would smoke weed in the elevator and leave beer cans.

The hotel was pretty quiet for the most part.

Beds were really bad and roaches everywhere told front desk moved us to another room and still saw roaches during the night roaches were on the bed slept outside in the truck for the remaining night just came in to take a shower

We try to stay there at least 4 or 5 days out of the week and in the past we've had good service and no complaints anything. But this last time I was highly upset when I was bluntly asked if we smoked in the room when the staff clearly on camera when we go outside to smoke. I've never ever smoked in the rooms but for the manager to just believe another staff without investigating really really upsets me. Then the manager states she will be inspecting our room right after I extended another and paid for it. After I stated we know better than to smoke in our rooms, I went to my room and stayed their all day because the manager said she would be inspecting our room. I wanted to make sure I was there when they inspected our room and to ask why would the other staff member assumed we smoked in our room and what proof did that staff member have that we smoked in the room. Other than being pinpointed about us smoking in our room things have been good, well at least I thought they were good until this last issue.

Expect 2 small flat pillows, light coming in at night due to no curtains, rough top sheet, no carpet, and noise from highway when trying to catch them zzz.

The price was amazing. Convenient for 35N ramp once exiting from property. Room space meets expectations for useful Kitchenette.

Too many roaches one almost got in my bed they need to be exterminated before selling rooms, and also I had to go buy a blanket because the ones on the bed was tiny and not comfortable.

I was very uncomfortable with all the roaches everywhere! They were on the walls on my pillow in the bathroom! I killed like 7 of them from baby roaches to big daddies! And in the bathroom on the ceiling there is mold. This was room 311.

The smell in the hallways reaked of weed everyday, the elevator was dirty all 3 days smelled like wet dog, nasty fish, the highway noise was horrible, sliding chairs was annoying from other rooms, no carpet in rooms, shades did not block out street lights was very hard to sleep, you only got 2 towels for your entire stay unless you went to front desk, (there were 2 of us with long hair) only 1 tiny bar of soap period, no shampoo, maid would not give you any towels, and it was the first motel I ever stayed in where there was NO ice for the guest, the fridge was like a hundred years old had rust on it, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the floors were dirty. Would not recommend to anyone and will not ever stay there again!

Didn't like the fact it smelt like an "herbal" essence while traveling with my kids but didn't complain. I would've recommended putting them residents on a floor above and away from visiting guests that may have had an issue or allergy.
