The rugs haven’t been vacuumed in awhile. There were dirt and clumps of hair in the elevator and in the hallway (I was on the 2nd floor). Although the rooms seemed to be clean.

It was a good location close to I-4 and not far from the Sanford-Orlando airport.

The whole place a funky smell, elevator was the worst for smell. The staff upon arrival wasn't inviting, upon departure, I waited at the front desk for several minutes before I had to go outside and get the staff put her phone and cigarette down so I could check out and leave.

Floors were dirty. I had to wash my feet before bed and ended up wearing flips flops in the room. The bathroom didn’t appear very clean. The towel for the floor was dirty. Pillows were a little flat.

Convenience to the interstate and price. Sheets were clean and crisp.

You can hear everything going on above the room your in. It sounded like they were moving furniture until 12:30 in the morning. I had to call the front desk and still kept going on for an hour

There were a lot of people staying here with dogs one of the dogs tried to attack my 5 year old outside when we were getting out of the car im surprised customers were allowed to have pit bulls here as they are know to be visious dogs. Another thing is I was unable to get sleep because are the big dog in the room next to me barking all night long it was terrible and this was every night I think dogs over a certain weight and certain breeds shouldn't be allowed in hotel especially for the safety of kids.

We seen a few bugs., which we just killed ourselves. , like 1 or 2 every few days.

There was no breakfasts. We loved the location, close to so many places we visited. Staff was very nice.

No coffee maker in our room. The one in the lobby only had water. Our bathroom mirror had spots on it. Found a live roach on our sink

I was to receive a discount due to a dirty room and having to clean the toilet myself & the discount wasn’t received. I inquired about a discount twice. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but the lady was not helpful. My discount was never received.

I didn't like that basic toilet paper and things like towels were only provided at check in and never again. I didn't like the smell of dog in the hallways, elevator was not very clean and certain breed dogs made it a bit uncomfortable for me to stay there. Price is still a but high per night even when you're staying for a long period like a month.

I liked the room it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and willing to help.

There was no iron available. Only one person was working the first day I stayed. Then I needed towels but I had to wait until the next day and then they made me bring down my old towels to get new ones.

rooms smelled awful. front desk wasn’t very nice. out of coffee in the morning. seems like a hotel where people stay months at a time. lots of people out front just hanging out drinking and smoking. didn’t feel too safe with my children.
