the lighting situation is DUMB. the bathroom light should not be controlled by the key card thing at all. if you get up to use the bathroom in the middle the night, you've woken the other person up who's in bed cause the only way you can turn in the bathroom light is with the key card. that's a major design flaw cause that bathroom is pitch black. checking in. the gal at FD tried to say I had canceled my entire reservation when I definitely did not, I only canceled my 3rd night & had the email & booking app ready to show her. so because of that, my room was not very cool upon arrival so I spent the first bit making it cooler in there. no dishsoap to clean your dishes with before placing them in the dishwasher & no garbage disposal in the sink. it's called a dishWASHER not a dishSCRUBBER..

the location is great the room is clean beds are comfortable the stove is a great touch and makes it easier for cooking meals vs living off fast food / eating out the whole time. room is nice and spaciously comfortable for 2 ppl without doubt.

staff taking to long to check people in. the beds are on 4 to 6 inch high metal frame. USB ports in room extremely slow, battery power went up 2% in an hour.

Limited front desk hours, so not able to get extra towels. The free WiFi was very slow, and only for one device. Other WiFi options were available for a fee.

We had a bit of trouble getting checked in as we were from out of town. Instructions were confusing and we later found out it was dude to short staff. Manager was extremely kind and wonderful.

The staff we encounter all were lovely and kind. I came up for a job interview and the manger was so nice and wished me good luck! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! Perfect place to stay!

We stayed on 2nd floor. Had to use elevator bc stairs were only accessible on far ends of building. (We are generally stair walkers )

Front desk warned about a dog in room across way, if issues let her know. (W had no idea there was a dog...) Check in was easy but took 10 minutes, but they weren't sure our room, our customer's in front of us room was ready. This was at 5:30 pm. Check in is 3. Luckily rooms ready. Coffee machine in lobby made much better coffee than most in-room machines!

The room could have been cleaner, the floor felt sticky. The coffee from the free coffee machine wasn't good at all. Our street-facing window on the lowest level didn't feel very private. Paid WiFi was a must to work.

cleaned the room myself, for they clean only every 2 weeks, and even when I suggested to pay extra for it, they said they’re short on staff, you need to carry your garbage outside the building to a big far bin, people, including staff, smoked constantly at the main entrance, the smell of cooking and garbage on the floor was too much to bear.
