Bit bad smell at public corridors. Very poor breakfast. Only cooffe and outmeal. There were oranges as well but other guests permanently took all available into their backpacks.

It was very hard getting in and out of your location on one of the sides where you have to cut across two lanes to get in.

You have to either wash the towels they give you or you have to be charged daily for fresh ones. Also, you’re responsible for cleaning your own room because housekeeping won’t come. I asked a lady if should could take my trash to the dumpster because she was going that way, and she said “You guys are responsible for that.” And it was really inconvenient how the all the doors are locked to even get into the building.

It was clean and in a really good location. They allow pets, and they charge $10 a day.

The front desk staff were not overly friendly and sometimes not easy to find. Rooms were cleaned every two weeks. If you wanted clean towels or clean bedding you had to do that yourself. You could not get change for the washers and dryers.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and easy to find. Parking was plentiful and free. Laundry room was clean with excellent washers and dryers. The room rates were very good.

Woke up in the middle of the night and seen 2 roaches run. Don’t wanna bring them home. They did have signs posted that pest control was coming the next week. Also the beds were so firm. Like laying on the floor

This is an extended stay hotel so there is a lot of regulars. There is also a kitchenette in each room with full fridge, microwave and burners.

Toilet wouldn't drain. Called front desk for three days, they offered me a plunger. Maintenance finally got it fixed after 20 minutes. Counters in kitchenette were not clean. Fridge had food left in it from previous occupants.

The cam lights that kept going off in the middle of the night. We figured out the night before we left.

However, there were a few things that needed work. Perhaps management didn't know. 1. Not all light fixtures worked in my room. 2. The sink was slow draining 3. The lock on the bathroom door was broken 3. The tenants smoke in the rooms even though smoking is forbidden in rooms. The general place smelled of smoke from cigarettes.

I was in town for medical appointments and needed a place to stay for the night. The staff showed me to a couple rooms that needed work done, so she was quick to change my accommodations. My room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and warm to hot, and I got a good night sleep, free wi-fi, free to watch TV. The room was air-conditioned and didn't smell of smoke like the rest of the place. Pets were allowed to stay with their owners. Refrigerator and cooking in rooms, they offer breakfast.

I want my money back because was not my fault.

I pay from 5 day I don't use any day and they cancel my reservation the 2nd day ,went I arrive to the hotel I don't have a room ,they try to make any one .I wasn't happy because I was driving for two days.
