Didn't realize there wouldn't be a coffee pot. The shower never really got hot!

No one was there at the front desk until 8 am. They just had 1 soap in the bathroom for 3 of us. No coffee cups in the room. Also now extended stays charge you for any dishes you need. Better to buy them at the walmart near by.

The front desk did not have after hours check in. We had to wait for 20 mins before someone came to check us in. The night manager was nice and sweet and helped us well.

Breakfast wasn’t included here unlike other Extended Stay Americas Suite we stayed at. Also didn’t see a 2 bedroom suite option here. There wasn’t much space in the room with 2 queen beds, and a small kitchen.

First I did not like front desk staff not avail, also rooms could use a coffee pot, coffee and tea or somewhere in lobby to get..A continental breakfast would have been a nice touch. Rooms should provide complimentary shampoo, condtioner and shower gel. Gave only a 7 for those reasons..

We were staying in town for a hockey tournament.. was happy how close it was to the rink and restaurants.. also happy to have a full fridge,stove and microwave. The hotel did not have the accommodations I had booked on line, and graciously gave us an additional room to accommodate us..Thank you...

Smelled like cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room, smelled like weed in the elevator, and our room wasn’t exactly clean.

Front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. She was a great conversationalist.

I wanted to extend my stay. Booking.com never responded back to me. Office clerk wasn't able to help me. I won't be using booking.com again. You could hear everything in the rooms next to me. It was loud but overall I was tired enough I fell asleep

The one thing that resulted in the low grade for this facility was that my room smelled "dirty". I believe the chain has a policy of cleaning the rooms once every couple weeks (and I image between stays). The smell reminded me of a dirty mop smell. Every time I entered the room, I'd open the window to air the place out. That didn't get rid of the smell, but rather I would stopping smelling it after a few minutes in the room. While the facility allows pets, this did not seem to be a pet odor. Would have liked grab bars for entering/existing shower.

I liked having a full kitchen in the unit (full size fridge/freezer, full size microwave, full size dishwasher, 1 tub sink with flexible faucet, two burner stove, dishes/silverware/frypan on request, good size TV with DishTV service (49 channels), comfortable bed, large no-step walk in shower, free parking, close to shopping/restaurants, quiet location.

Ill-mannered, extremely unfriendly staff, who are constantly absent from work. Rude and rude to the guests. Because I made a remark that the hotel employee slept in the workplace and that she was coming down for an hour to move me in, she called the police, lied to them that I was destroying, broke the property of the hotel and threatened her, although there was video surveillance in the hotel, which would be clear that she was lying. They tried to rob me for 466 dollars and did not want to return them to me, although I eventually did not move in.

Good afternoon! Why aren't you helping me in my situation?! I booked a hotel. I was charged $466.12. Before arriving, I sent a message to the hotel that I would arrive at 01:30 a.m., and that I do not speak English, and I need help. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. There was a phone asking me to call number 500. I called him for about an hour, answered an answering machine that I could not understand. With great difficulty, almost an hour later, an extremely dissatisfied fat girl came down, she did not have a badge with a name, she was after a deep sleep, angry that I woke her up. I just asked her through an interpreter what the phone was for if no one answered it, to which she threw my credit card back and closed the service window and started shouting something, which I did not understand. I was not rude to her, I did not insult her, I do not even KNOW ENGLISH SO THAT I COULD SOMEHOW OFFEND HER!!! Then I called the police, because I couldn't believe that you could be so boldly and brazenly left on the street and at the same time robbed me for $466.12! I called the police, using the fact that I don't know the language, she told the police that I allegedly threatened her, broke and destroyed the property of the hotel. How could I break and threaten something if there are security cameras on which you can view everything??? As a result, the police recommended that I rent another hotel at 4 a.m., and contact the website for a refund. Today I came to the hotel again, where they openly told me that they would return my money. I will sue, there are video surveillance records from their hotel. There are also my records from the phone.

I arrived at 430 and called and was told it was approved and okay to arrive at that time and the business would accommodate as far as check out which was not accepted by day staff and they were very unpleasant and rude during check out.

The rooms are very outdated compared to the photos online. The walls were dirty with who knows what all over them. There was spiders hanging from the ceilings and there were 2 dead fly’s on the floor when we walked in. Also there was mold along the baseboards of the room and bathroom. Not the cleanest whatsoever.

There’s nothing for guests here. 3 vending machines, 1 doesn’t even work. There’s no coffee anywhere in this hotel. Not even a coffee pot in the room. We had to ask for shampoo cause they didn’t give it to us. By the time you book here, buy food, buy coffee every morning at a nearby restaurant, your best booking somewhere that offers AT LEAST a continental breakfast or even a damn coffee pot in the room. Staff? Lol. They’re never at the front desk. There’s always a sign that says “We’ll be back” but you have to end up calling them from their room with a phone in the lobby.

Don’t stay here, other guests made my stay horrendous. Worse night sleep I’ve ever had due to very thin walls and floors. Cleanliness of the room was gross, I had to clean and disinfect myself to even feel slightly comfortable. Think twice about staying here if you are just passing through!
