We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI thought that not having carpet or rugs was a bit odd, but that made things more sanitary for me. I just asked for additional bathroom floor mats for use. I did not like that items that should be standard were sold ala carte. There were no pots and pans, but you could buy them from the front desk or go to the store and get your own. What am I supposed to do with them when I’m done? I can’t take them on the plane with me and you can’t leave them for the next guest. If you didn’t pay extra for housekeeping, you had to wash your own linen, which isn’t sanitary or a safe option for future guests in this post-pandemic era. How do I as a new guest know that my sheets and towels are properly washed and sanitized for my use during check-in? Why would you leave that responsibility up to another guest at the risk of an optional charge? Guests also had to take out their own trash, which was scary for me since I had a 6am flight to catch and was out there at 3am near a dumpster in the dark. I also did not like the fact that if I wanted anything extra (toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.), I had to ask the front desk instead of housekeeping who was constantly seen on my floor.
Loved the location and how clean it was. The gym wasn’t state if the art, but it served its purpose. The laundry facility was very high tech and nice. Complimentary coffee during the morning was nice. The front desk team and housekeeping team were nice.

I didnt feel comfortable doing so because what if another person would come in and just grab the room cards and use the room and then I’m held responsible for it

United States of AmericaI arrived at 4:15 PM for my check-in and was told that my room was not ready yet and to come back in an hour. I returned in an hour and the room was still not ready. I waited in the lobby for another 45 minutes before I could check in. Once I got to the room, there was no remote control for the TV so I was unable to turn it on and watch the Super Bowl. I returned to the front desk and they gave me another remote, but it didn’t work with the TV in my room. I ended up watching the Super Bowl on the TV in the lobby. The lobby was small and noisy.

It is convenient to where he needs to be, close to lots of places to eat. Staff is always very accommodating. it is more comfortable than a standard hotel room, my husband often has to stay for extended amounts of time.

United States of AmericaAlthough the room was nice everything else about the place was a little shabby. The lounge was sparse and they didn't even offer breakfast. The hallways always smelled funny and men walked around without shirts and other people without shoes. Whoever was above me clunked around ALL night and the walls were thin. One thing that really annoyed me was that their fire alarm malfunctioned at 5am and wasn't fixed for another hour. It was awful and I felt that we should've been given an extra hour to check out, because I lost a lot of sleep. This is probably in the top 5 of the worst experiences I've ever had at a motel, and for this price I wouldn't ever come back again.
The room itself was pretty decent. The bed was nice and I like that there was a fridge, stove top and microwave. Everything was pretty clean. The AC worked well and they had the old movie channel on their TV which I loved.
