Lack of grab bars in the tub/shower reduces safety of occupants. While the bed's mattress was adequate and generally comfortable, the frame made a banging noise when the bed was entered and left. Lighting is way too bright and we would have appreciated dimmer switches, both in the living area and the bathroom. Lighting is missing from the kitchenette (very difficult to see without lighting up the entire room). Climate control didn't work well at all. A/C came on when it wasn't called for, and the room seemed either too warm or too cool.

Generally pleased with the building's quality and room condition. Security seemed excellent. Didn't use the 2-burner cooktop, but the microwave was clean, large and functional, and the refrigerator/freezer was also clean, large and functional. Shelving and drawers were very adequate. The finish in the room appeared new or newly remodeled. Public areas were clean and in good condition.

The bed could use better pillows and a thicker comforter. I did not like that the bed was easily moved. A better bed frame would be nice.

Some of the staff were not so nice and a person staying there for a long time, I guess, was rude about the elevator being down. No toilet paper, we asked. They said they were out. Then they manage to bring one roll that is a limit. I said for your extended stay, guest, maybe we were only there one night. I was not happy about the beds they are hard. There are not enough pillows on beds, no extra blankets. No coffee or anything in the rooms as that went. I also wanted to get a receipt, but no one was they at 7 am to do that or let me check out. Anyways, it's not a good outcome.

It looked good online, and it looked good in person it should have been built a little differently for more convenient customer service area.

Although non smoking, the smell upon entering was like a cloying mix of chocolate and dog. Opened the window to air, if possible, but the outdoor smoking area was directly outside our window and after a few minutes a smoker indeed arrived and we had to close the window. Also, when booking, the option to pay at the facility was available, but we didn't notice that the window to cancel was within hours of the booking, as it was for the following day's night. I am used to being able to cancel up till the day of the reservation. Would've preferred a less expensive, better rated motel further on towards Chattanooga. Finally, no breakfast included.

Other guests were very loud. I didn't realize it was an extended stay which apparently is most of their business. Sounded like a herd of elephants that didn't sleep above me and people up and down the hallways constantly. Not the facilities fault but I'll do better research before booking at an extended stay again.

No light bulb in bed side. Ants in bathroom. No safety handles bath/shower slippery-no mat. There is a kitchenette with absolutely no utensils or anything. So what’s the point?? Not a walkable area

People in and out of thier rooms throughout the night early mor (1-2am and on ) for what ever reasons . Could hear doors open and slam close. Other than that ok for 1 night stay .

At first i thought it was pretty safe considering it was an extended stay, which is why i was there… Then police were there a lot and a woman died there! The manager bragged about how she didn’t have to do an incident report since she died at the hospital… It was shocking

Lobby has very limited hours of operation for check in or check out. Front desk was closed upon my arrival at about 5 pm. There was no info or numbers posted for access to check in. Once in my room everything appeared nice and clean. After getting up the next morning and walking around on the flooring noticed the bottom of my feet where dirty from the bare floors.

I didn’t like there were charges for certain items such as the use of a coffee pot, dishes for the use of the kitchen. In addition, I was not pleased to not have accessibility to and iron or hair dryer at any time, which is provided by hotels in the rooms. We had to wait until the front desk associate was available which was after 10a.m., and they associate not being available after 8p.m. I don’t recall ever seeing there would be an additional charge to use dishes and pots and pans given this was an extended stay. If we’re noted on the booking we would either provided ourselves with what we needed or booked elsewhere where the items would have been available at no cost, furthermore, the ability to have access to items such as a hairdryer and iron via our room. For the cost of the stay, the iron and hairdryer should have been available.
