Everywhere inside and outside of the hotel the smell of marijuana was very strong. Having to put down a cash deposit, was not convenient. The office closed early and did not reopen until later in the morning, so if you needed to check out early you were kind of screwed to get your cash deposit back. The phone in the room did not work. And they need to put slip guards in the bathtubs as when the tub got wet it became very slick and would be very dangerous for someone older.

This hotel is not set up with a lot of the amenities an single/couple of nights traveler would expect. The desk closes at night so you must check in by 10 pm. There is no coffee. The beds are metal frames with lumpy mattresses.

The first room I was in had not been cleaned, the phone in the room did not work. I sent a message and was surprised when an employee showed up since it was after 10. She was apologetic and moved me to a clean room.

The manager is always angry, and just all around unpleasant to all the guests regularly. The laundry room is disgusting about ninety percent of the time. The only hotel I know of that does not want to give you trash bags, toilet paper, or any of the typical small amenities, other than what it comes with upon check in. Smells of mildew from leaking ac units in the hallway with constant wet towles laying down to soak up the dangerous water puddles. Keys regularly need to be reprogrammed for doors for no apparent reason. Very very inconvenient, especially if the front desk isnt ooen

The location was great but that was about it. One gentleman who works as housekeeping was always very friendly, and the front desk keeps dog treats for the guests

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable all you felt is springs was glad to be back home in our own bed for sure.Wasnt the cleanest, but it wasnt horrible either. Also they had a lady filling in from a different location while we were there and she had a horrible customer service skills. But as i said the other staff was gracious and welcoming.

We enjoyed the location of hotel and that it was pet friendly.Angela and a couple other office people were awesome with their customer service. We liked that the rooms had a small kitchen with full size fridge.We would stay again if owners would do a little remodeling.We brought our own air mattress for our daughter we had only 2 beds in our room and 2 teenagers, a boy and a girl.

I didn't like how when booking it had an option for a special request, so we asked to check in early and then it asked what time we think we will be there needless to say that was a lie.

Some rooms smell like house of dogs, so terrible had to switch twice. Smoking is common in the hallways with very little control from the staff.

Convenience location is what I like most.

The person that checked me in had a attitude, because the remote she given me didnt work to that tv, I requested a driffrent room reported to that same clerk the bathroom room sink was backed up when you turn the water on dirt an hair come up out the drain,that was reported 15mins after getting in the room sat, I checked in mon I checked out noone ever came to unstop the sink,tryed to report it to the manager on duty mon morning he ignored me like it didn't matter he had a room there,I wonder if his sink was stopped up would the problem been addressed.

Been able to prepare hot meals,refrigerator to keep my food an drinks cold, peaceful got plenty of rest.

There is not a damn thing I can say to convey that I literally felt I was one step away from ending up on an episode of Gordon Ramsey's Hotel Hell. Employees sleep and rent at the rooms, and in addition, they are highly rude with me just trying to check in. They wanted a $100 Security Deposit per room and only 1 personay have 1 room to their name. Alright. I have no clue why, but the other thing to drive this home from any talk regarding facilities to make my point, I can only state; there a woman training a Golden Retriever IN THE SERVICE DESK AREA WHILE I WAS BLATANTLY IGNORED BY 3 TOTAL EMPLOYEES AND A CHILD OF 7 YRS OLD AT THE DESK. Absurd.

When I finally found the place and parked because I had a few minutes to rest before finding out how awful a place could be if the only pictures i could see were from when everything was built/renovated.

I had a full size mattress on a queen frame. They said they didn't have any mattresses to replace it. Headboard fell off wall. And Marijuana may be legal but state law says in the privacy of your own home, not for me to smell it inside and out of the facility.

the manager shoukd have told me thatif i was not checked in b4 3am id have to wait til 3pm that next day even tho i had a week reserved and was willing to pay my fiance and ny 2 dogs and i had to drive around all night with nowhere to stay

The toilet was leaking so it refilled every 1 minute or so causing a noise. I closed the bathroom door in hopes to muffle the sound and that did help a little but at night it was still loud enough to hear. There was a smoker next door and their cigarette smells came through my room pretty strong making me cough and made my room smell bad. A few little irritants like that can make the whole stay uncomfortable and unpleasant but I kept my perspective on I just needed a get away so I tried not to focus on the few negative things.

I liked how quiet and clean my room was. It was easy to acces. Staff was readily available. The room had everything I needed for a short stay away from home. The bed was clean. It was like home away from home. It was cozy and intimate space. I made the best of it and utilized everything the room had to offer.
